  1. Hello I shall not be paying my fiver, with the fiver that I could have used to subscribe, I instead bought myself a Special Curry, I did have to contribute the extra 20p to have fried rice instead of boiled though, but on the whole, it was a good investment and very tasty indeed. I got £1000 back from the taxman on Friday. I haven't got really drunk for a while, must try harder. I think Team GB done well in the olympics and I would like to sleep with Kelly Sotherton. JillSaint is a very strange person, she seems to take this whole internet lark far too seriously.
  2. You don’t seem to grasp the fact that people on b-anter are taking the **** and laughing at others, such as you, taking things so seriously. Let me reply to your comments. Bent: Proper lol - the internet is for people to meet outside of reality you idiot, good god I thought even you knew that SRS: Haha, you miss the point, which the point I was making was that b-anter is a group of lads (and girls), who on the whole, are mates or at least know each other in the real world, this place is full of people flexing their e-muscles and arranging ghey innernet meets. If you come on TSW to meet people ‘outside of reality’ then I suggest you have a look at your life and try and work out why it is that you are not happy with reality in your own life. Not every forum/website is a dating/e-friends site you freako. Bent: LOL as both Baj and Steve have explained to you that they are not making any money out of it. SRS: Oh sorry, Baj and Steve said they were not making any money from the site, so that must mean it’s true!!! LMAO Even if they were not making any money from the site, you still didn’t click on to the main point I was making, which was that there is plenty of other ways to generate income from a website with the traffic generated on Saintsweb ( ltd ) lol Bent: You are still posting here Stu - Mug! SRS: How am I a mug? I can view all the stories on the main forum, keep up to date, laugh at the mongs on here and post a couple of times a day…. How much did that cost me? Zip…. Anyway Bent, this is my last post of the day, so have fun on your ‘non-reality website’
  3. You don't deal very well with sarcasm and people taking the **** do you?
  4. lol@ you f*cktards. B-anter is b-anter, the fact Jill and the rest of you mongs think people are seriously ****ed off about the £5 and moaning about it. B-anter is more of a forum than this place will ever be, ok the posts might not be up to what this place has, but the difference is probably about 80% of the users on there are actually mates in the real world or at least know each other on a personal level. I won't ever pay to post on a football forum, not because of the money, but because a) There is no need for the owners of a football forum to charge their members, especially if they also have a website to generate revenue... for example, I am sure there are plenty of local businesses which would pay for advertising on either site and plenty of other ways to generate income other than charging the £5 and b) I am actually saving a hell of alot more money that £5 by not registering, eg: I am actually doing some work now, which means I am earning more commision, so in reality, I am making a tidy amount off the back of this forum going to paid subscriptions. and c) I don't actually like 99% of the posters on this forum, so why would I want to pay to interact with them? £5? Mugs.
  5. I will use my last post of the day to say..... This football team is good enough to get us promoted to the Premier League. I really do think that Play-Offs are a realistic goal, and if they carry on like they have started this season, then Automatic promotion is not out of the question. Forget the first two games, t chey played the football but could not convert it into wins, I believe this was because they were still finding the balance, they have now. We never looked like losing today, as soon as the scrappy first 15 minutesalmed down and we could play football, we did..... and in some fookin style. Big middle finger up to the bookies who had us as favourites to go down, not a fookin chance, seriously. Just because Derby where sh!te in the Premier, they have one of the best teams in this division..... and we were ten times the team they were.
  6. £1000 tax rebate waiting for me when I got home yesterday. One of the best Saints displays in years today. This weekend is heading for a 100/10
  7. Today was quite possibly the best 'footballing' display I have see since the Matt Le Tissier days, no exageration. The team chased every ball, got stuck in and more than coped with Derbys usual physical stuff. Some of the passing would not have looked out of place in the top half of the Premiership. The 'total football' was apparant, all eleven men knew their job and looked after one another. If we had a top class striker then we seriously would walk this league if we play like that every game. It wasn't so much that Derby were poor, more that we made them look poor. Some of the passing in triangles with 6 Derby players desperately trying to get the ball had me in stitches. Shame once again about completely OTT Stewarding and OB, but I guess that's the norm' nowadays.
  8. Went to the ticket office earlier and they said they had sold 500 Last post of the day. xx
  9. I used to live with one of them ( even if I was only renting a room ) .
  10. Friday - Pub Saturday - Derrrrrrrrrrrby scum, drinking sesh upon return. Sunday - Notting Hill Carnival Monday - Day out in Kent with the kids. ******************* I bet you wish you was me.
  11. Cue me getting lots of abuse for 'bigging up' ( I am not ) our 'yoof' , but it's very naive to think that our youth are any better..... I don't understand how come nobody has ever seen any trouble around St Marys or at away games, maybe I am always in the wrong place at the wrong time but it seems to kick off more and more each season we are in the CCC.
  12. O.K Steve, that's fair enough, you might want to make that a little clearer though. Many peoples bank accounts will allow transactions of £5 but will still charge them for an unauthorised overdraft. As for the Trust, I think I have well and truely proved my point. It is about time they went back to basics and started all over again if they want any respect, and this time don't make up complete lies about having 838 paid up full members when the real number is closer to zero than it is to 838.
  13. Well if it is 10% of the shareholding they need, then I can relax for a while at least, I only hope that Crouch does not proxy his shares to them. The thing is, I think that a 'supporters club' should exist for people who would benefit from one. Maybe it is time for the Saints Trust to put their cards on the table, tell everyone the true figure of how many members they have, tell us whom they have represented in the last 2 years, what have they achieved, what actions have they taken on behalf of their shareholders etc. Now as I said, if they are going to turn it into a supporters club, then so be it. What really, really gripes on me is that they claim to have 838 paid up members which is a complete LIE At a guess, I would think that they have less than 100 members who have agreed to renew in the last 12 months, who have paid their subscriptions within the last 12 months. I might be wrong, and happy to be proved wrong. What I am more than confident about is that their true number of paid memberships will be alot closer to 100 than it would 838. I will be happy once again to be proved wrong. It seems even this forum is taking the route of assumptive renewals, which even more worryingly, could involve in people going overdrawn etc when an unexpected charge comes out in 12 months time ( or have I missed the point? ) Anyway, come on Saints Trust. Tell us all exactly how many members you represent? Do not include the assumptive renewals, the freebies or your affiliated members from Cardiff, Oxford, London etc. Anyways, last post of the day, see you tommorow. xxx
  14. How come Keith Legg can run this site for free? But two people with big salaries ( Baj's words, not mine ) can't? Keith Legg was not even in the computer game as far as I am aware. So surely Stevo and Baj have all the contacts and knowledge to be able to run this without charging? It really isn't that hard to fund the site with minimal advertising if the figures on b-anter are true which Baj stated. TSF is the only ( that I know of ) football forum on the net which actually charges it's members. One thing though, if i ever did ( which I won't ) pay my fiver, rather than losing the advertsm, can I instead request that I don't have to read any bullsh!t from Admins or Moderators, demanding respect and thanks for sitting on a PC all day reading threads and the like? I will stick to my principles and not part with a fiver simply to post on a forum.
  15. Here is an open invitation to the board of the Trust. I am willing to meet one or all of you in a pub, bring along with you your books which show each and every 838 members, and their proof of purchase. Do not count Oxford Saints, London Saints etc... they would be affiliate members and it states on your website that you have none. What I want to see is 838 paid up memberships. If you can show them, ALL OF THEM, then not only will I join, I will donate £100 to a charity of your choice. For this I was to see signed annual subscription forms or payments within the last 12 months. Your 'assumptive freebie members' don't count either. I am free most of next week and look forward to your replies. See it's not all about the principles of the Trust which I hate, it is the way they go about things, the lies they tell, the misleading they do to members and the SFC board with regards to the number of paid and active members they have.... not a good start for a group of people who are claiming they will represent the fans.
  16. I will use my last post of the day to say, that as I predicted, based on this performance, it seems as though the wheels are coming off the P*mpey wagon.
  17. P*mpey going to be bottom of the league. Super Sunday indeed.
  18. Still have no intention of lining the pockets of the uber fans who are making money out of a Saints forum.
  19. Started off playing for Michelmarsh and Timsbury Attended a Soccer Scheme and was scouted by SFC Attended Southampton School of Excellence for about 6 months. Moved to Whitbread, player of the year two years running. Moved to Testwood United. Moved to AFC Totton Joined army and represented battalion at football.
  20. Well might as well use my last post of the day. You student tax dodging c*nts. See you tommorow.
  21. Baddesley Arms aka Knights Cross aka Steak and Stilton is my 'local' , my mate runs it as well, which helps. Luzborough House is my old local, is pretty sh!te though.
  22. I won't be paying. I have no doubt that sooner rather than later, Baj or Granty will give me access for free, until that time, I won't be paying them a penny.
  23. I will use my last post of the day to wish him a painful death.
  24. This one, then again I was told this about 3 or 4 weeks ago, so clock is ticking etc. Anyway, don't ask me to reply again, I only have one post left today and I want to use it wisely.
  25. Here's my ITK crap. - Lowe is working hard to push deal through. - Lowe and Wilde only came back because Crouch was pushing club into administration. - Deal has been agreed in principle with Shearer, he has promised Lainya that if he is offered Southampton job, then he will take it. - Wotte and Poortvielt have it written into their contracts that they will step aside to the youth and reserve teams once Shearer comes in. - Things picking up pace and could be sorted in time for transfer window close. - Fulthorpe/Merrington are backed by a Dubai company who have agreed to release the funds. - If completed in time then Shearer will be given £20million this season, with more funds available next season. Probably all ********, but from decent sauces.
