Do not know about a song but his best game for the club in my opinion yesterday, system seemed to free him up to play.
-
I would not like it but Redknapp will split the fan base whch has been united for 3 seasons and be a backward step
-
If the title of this thread happens it will be the worst thing to happen to this club in my 52 years of support, worst than Branfoot or even Rupert's arrival

Not convinced we tried to defend for the last 25 minutes, we were not given much choice against a side who started playing 4-2-4, NA brought on 3 players whose strength is going forward not backwards, so i just do not agree it was a policy to defend just we had no choice

We have to take that level of committment into the rest of the season, not just give it because we were on Sky. Interesting watching the crowd reaction to day, us old hands shrugging our shoulders and saying on to next week, younger fans who cannot remember the Top Flight talking about what might have been. So many positives Puncheon, Ward Prowse,Clyne and my MOM Morgan. Not forgetting Lambert and Adam who ran themselves into the ground. Big concern for me is Fox and how much room he is giving quality players

Clyne not sure if Lee will get a game

Starting to sound like the Trust is actually being used as a front for some businessman, surely if the Trust were serious then requests to turn pledges into £'s would be all over the News

It was never going to be easy, it never was in the past

another player whose reputation grows by not playing
-
why
-
First half he offered a threat with Clyne down right, second half he let his head drop but imo he was no worst than Jay Rod. Worry for me was we were sluggish, second to most balls and i am not sure if it was because they were fitter, thought quicker or were just better. This is my third time watching after promotion to top flight and biggest concern is that our best player, Lallana,is just ordinary in this division unlike Paine/Davies etc

Agree with first 4 bits

not a yacht in site either

Tough game because people expect us to win discussed with my 2 lads they are already ready for a JCL giving players stick etc, i will have to control eldest in case he gives them a mouthful of abuse
-
Bizarre indeed, strange wording, parading the South Africans they will be asking us to contribute to the PST fund next have they lost the plot, why not have a few local olympians parade
-
Just had an e-mail from the club telling me to get there early in case trouble with the new turnstiles but used some strange words like" a strong crowd is expected"
