  1. that is some cross.
  2. Perraud's cross there. Absolutely wank.
  3. might be a little harsh on Bednerak on this occasion - did he not have two to mark? Felt like the formation didnt help with someone not picking up.
  4. you called it.
  5. Lyanco overplaying it there. Puts us in danger when there is no need. Its good to keep the ball, but sometimes it needs to go longer.
  6. Is he going out on loan maybe? Who to I wonder?
  7. IN recent times you coud argue that Chelsea offer the same or even better opportunities as City, with the likes of Christensen, Chalabah, James and Mount getting much more game time than players City have developed. Chelsea got a head start in City, and maybe City did things better earlier, but Chelsea seem to know what they are doing. The fat Sancho up sticks and became a £90m talent at Dortmund suggests that City have got the route to first team perfect in the past.
  8. Blimey thats a lot of money for a 15 year old. He must be a real talent. Disappointing to lose someone like that though, especially in a position that has proved extremely difficult for us to develop players. City are obviously on another level to us, and shows what we are up against. The likes of City and Chelsea just seem to hoover up the best young players.
  9. decent goal. I learned yesterday that Belmadi manages Algeria, who have a great chance of winning.
  10. he had a 11 day break before the West Ham game. He may not have been firing on all cylinders in the games beforehand, but it's hard to say he wasn't rested enough before that specific game, after which the injury was revealed.
  11. this. Forster's poor kick left us vulnerable and forced his hand to make that lunge to try and prevent the breakaway. He was a fraction too slow and it was an obvious yellow. It was the barest of taps, but that situation was down to him only, misjudging the flighted ball over his head. It was an instinctive reaction to reach out. I don't blame him for doing that, but make the header or simply defend the subsequent Obafemi run and it doesn't happen. Obafemi made the most of it and the ref had no choice but to give a yellow. With the Covid situation we need bodies, so doubt we will let him go this window, but as a right back he just doesnt cut it at the top level.
  12. yeah, bizarre. I thought the Simeu signing might have been to fill the void, with a season overlap to prepare him.
  13. I thought it was just me that didn't rate him. I am very interested to know how Small is progressing. It would be great if he is genuinely pushing for a game towards the end of the season.
  14. not playing for a month can't have helped. They are not a very good side full stop though. We'd of won by 3 or 4 if we hadn't gone down to ten. It was so easy.
  15. hope so. Love his constant marauding runs. Not much else to his game though, so need him fully fit.
  16. I am worried about Stuart Armstrong. I know he has bee injured, but unless he is at full tilt he's a nothing player. Need him back to his best. Whats gone on there?
  17. yeah, it doesn't matter how you win, just win. Swansea are woeful. Hope we get another side as poor as them in the next round.
  18. Forster's got that kick into touch working now
  19. Swansea really are a terrible side. yes
  20. get fucking goal side Perraud FFS.
  21. a month you say. I didn't realise. A whole month? Why wasn't that mentioned before?
  22. we are missing two starters. No excuses.
  23. great one on one save, but his kicks into touch haven't been up to standard.
  24. Swansea are dreadful. Even with ten we should dominate with out £100m wage bill. So many average players
  25. harsh. Decent save, and pushed it out wide.
