is he suggesting Forster has a `must play if fit' type contract (do those actually exist?) meaning Boruc can't possibly dislodge him?
-
My guess it they are not. we are. The ease in which we could cancel the Taider season long loan suggests that Inter were paying Taider's wages (therefore little difference to them if he was in Soton on Milan - just another training kit to wash), which would mean we are paying Osvaldo's wages. Just a guess of course.

Has everyone forgotten about Florin Gardos?

Doubt he will have spent all that wedge only to find out a week later he can't play. No reason to drop the current shirt holders as they have played well. Having said that Forren was a few bob. -
he was here for the last January window as well. Didn't sign anyone mind you.

Sense from a hull point of view I meant.

Ramirez to Hull makes sense to me. Perfect countryman buddy for their new star striker to help ease him into life in the Uk and the prem. Not to mention Ramirez can open teams up and Hull need a little of that amongst their workman like side.
-
will be interesting to see him lead the line there. If he subsequently shines that might be good for England.

I notice some pretty decent long range goals in his youtube videos. Just saying like.

One Pompey fan got a fractured skull and ten stitches in a nasty head wound (a photo was knocking round twitter earlier).

With the ease in which we cancelled the move it suggests that it was Inter that was paying his wages not us, otherwise Inter might have refused to allow him back (as they would then have to pick up his wages again). I guess that means we must be paying Osvaldo's wages. Strikes me we have missed out on a Inter Milan player free of charge (including wages). Can we go back and pick another one?

Surman back to Bournemouth permanently. Their kit really is ugly by the way.
-
also he really needs to play off another striker. Not too many playing two central strikers these days.
-
Maybe it doesn't make sense to have medical equipment that might only be used 10 times a year just sitting there getting dusty? Genuine question, are any medicals done at training grounds?
-
I used to go to school with Roger in Titchfield. True story.
-
this is what I like about getting a decent new coach in from somewhere like Holland. they know who are the best players in the league that they can sign. Tadic a prime example.
-
do players now always make a 100% full recovery taking them back to where they were if not better? His game is about pace. Will that be there for sure? It's a massive injury. I'm sure he can play, but will he have that cutting edge?
-
personally I'd prefer a player that can kick a ball further than I trust him.
-
I've seen him maybe 12 times live and not once did he ever play up front. Left midfield or left wing. Whatever. Ings won't be allowed to leave. Burnley want to stay in the division and know they need Ings to have any chance of that.
-
my guess is no seeing as Boyd doesn't play up front, Burnley don't and won't sell Ings, are we are not looking for a central striker having signed Long. I've been wrong before though.

it took a little while for MoPo to warm to him. Perhaps he looks terrible in training (5 a sides). He's perhaps not as neat and tidy as other players, but he really covers the ground and gets the team moving. He's not just a headless chicken, he makes intelligent forward bursts too that stretches team and creates space for others. Some of that might not be easy to see on the training pitch, but I suspect when RK watches games back on video he starts to see how often Cork has an effect on the game.
-
Do this mean that we now know the parent company is the one paying the wages in both Taider and Osvaldo's cases, hence we can terminate the loan deal without having to worry about getting Inter to agree to take him back on. or was that common knowledge?
-
I'm a big fan of Cork, but exactly how much is he worth wage wise? Maybe his agent is asking for a five year £50k, £60k, £70k, £100k a week contract. Who knows? Perhaps RK therefore wants to get a very good look at him before committing a huge chunk of his available wage bill to a player he perhaps hasn't seen very much of.

Spurs fans don't seem too fussed about Townsend and they also seem to be crying out for a wide player signing.
-
Holtby going to Hamburg (possibly) according to Spurs fan I spoke to today.

and it worked wonders. Big Vic just eats Morgan's space and slows the play down too much IMO. The move to one holding midfielder (Morgan) made us much more effective in that game. Maybe we'll swap it back depending on the opponent.
