Love refereeing, and been qualified for 2 years now. Needed extra cash, and it keeps me involved with the game. I only ref on the Royston crows league u12 to u18's and do not want to be promoted as quite happy turning out in these games. It is not about me and I make it clear to both sets of players that I will try and let the game flow as much as possible. I have not sent anyone off and have booked about 5/6 players in the 2 years. If I need to I will get the 2 offending player together with the captains, and tell them to get on with the game, shake hands and just play football. There are some great games, and it is wonderful to be in the middle. So many games are ruined when they do not have a referee, and someone from one of the clubs has to stand in. Bias refereeing ruins the game at grass roots level. I really do love it, and yes you get a lot of stick, but at the end they shake your hand and all is good. Some just need to chill out a little during the game!

I have clapped goals as a referee, as love seeing great football. I have also clapped a really great bit of skill against Saints as well on a few occasions, as well as goal.

If we get rid of lambert in January we will be giving up our premier league position. This is why it is total tosh, and he will not leave, or be allowed to leave!

Need to beat Reading for sure, Sunderland in the first half against Norwich looked terrible, but in the second half should have least got a draw out of the game. I think we will get 4 points, but 6 would be great. Fulham are not on the best form at the moment, so we maybe able to take something there? Stoke, I cannot see us getting anything, as they are very good at home and have turned the corner with their form. Would be be happy with 7 points from 12? I think we would, but I think it could be 5/6 points from these games. Southampton 4 - 1 Reading Southampton 2 - 1 Sunderland (maybe a draw) Fulham 2-1 Southampton (maybe a draw) Stoke 3 - 1 Southampton Then on a Arsenal..... we will see how they do in December before I go and say we will beat them!!!

Sunderland looked good for the draw in the second half, but Norwich have gone 9 without defeat in all competition, and they looked absolutely terrible before this run!

Yes we 'should HAVE beaten them. No given right in this game, and not 100 percent that Norwich will win this.

QPR are utter gash, and so are Villa and Reading. We just need to keep above those 4! Sorry I am watching this game on the box, Norwich look pretty handy! Get at teams!

Sunderland look utter gash!

Not that fussed, but I can only remember getting a non league team in the cup once. I know it is unlikely as not to many get this far, but we were in league 1 for 2 years. The team we got were Luton Town as well.
