Yes most seem to have missed the fact that our defence has woeful support from midfield!

Jos will be fine. All down to confidence, and that has taken a hit after hit. He quite rightly was left out the side, and he comes on, and of course he is trying to hard. I think this is all it is down to, trying to get that last ditch challenge in, whoops penalty, trying to get in the way at the last second of that shot, whoops own goal. Manking the wrong decisions. He is human, and if most people are trying to impress after a couple of failiers, it is hard to get it right. He is a great defender, who will come good, and hopefully for us!

Not lost when winning at half time will continue...... I think it will be gone this season though!

If we changed our manager now, got relegated, started badly, and changed our manager again. The would be 3 managers in a year, when we could have the same manager and be in the same boat, or better off. Really would like to have some stability at the club, and not knee jerk reaction like we used to have under Lowe. This and the wrong managers! Ok no one knows ow things would pan out if we do make the change, but I really want to know how well things do go this season, with him.

Yes if this poll was get rid of NA and 100% stay up. Then he would be gone, but knee jerk reaction now and still go down, bring in another manager for next season or after a few games. Yes we would be back to the Lowe days!

It was easy to get the best players in the lower leagues, but when you are competing with the rest of the premier league, it becomes difficult. Saying this there is a lot of ambition at the club, and it is a great set up. Lets hope we get the defence sorted. If we do mid table we will be come May.

We should have strengthened at the back. Only those at the top know why we did not. I think there must be a good reason. Just not landing someone who is better than what we have?

To be fair most chairman will say that they expect their team to go up, I say it myself on football manager. I thought we may get into the playoffs, and I am very optimistic when it comes to saints. Not going lose any sleep just yet, but come and ask me again at the end of November. Did not notice to many on here backing us when we were 2nd........heard all the typical saints going to mess it up blah blah blah!

Agreed. I would keep in on, but NC will not. He is the man at the top, and has not really got much to wrong at the moment. IMHO far to early, but come the end of November IF things are not looking good and we are in the bottom 3, Nigel's head could roll.

Maybe 3/4 of the way through the season he did, but not at the start. I do not think anyone on here thought we would go up last season, and lets hope that you are all wrong again. We will stay up, I really do believe this. This could change over time, but not after 7 games with 3 being arsenal, man city, and arsenal.

Not at all, just over the top on here. 7 games in and 4th from bottom. This is about what I expected. We will stay up in IMHO, but if we do not, who would you prefer to get us back up? Saying that, even if he was sacked, who would be better suited to wht we are 'trying' to achieve. The feeling in the ground is much better than on here..... Thank god! Drama queens!
