  1. Yep, it's ruining the game!!
  2. I have no idea what this means
  3. It was an improvement to the WBA match, but it was far from our best performance this season.
  4. The stiffer defence that were playing an attack that hadn't scored an away goal in the league since the first game of the season?
  5. It was good to see poppies back on our shirts to commemorate remembrance Sunday. Anyone know if these being auctioned off?
  6. Don't get me wrong, there were definite improvements in our play but sometimes we need to be quicker and more direct.
  7. The transfer committee of which Adkins is a member. Who coaches the keeper and defence to play the ball out from the back rather than just getting rid of it? (Hint: it isn't Cortese or Les Reed)
  8. They hadn't looked like scoring an away league goal since they played QPR first game of the season!!!
  9. At the final whistle I thought it was an improvement, but having thought about it some more... Our defence looked better because they were playing a team that hadn't scored an away league goal since the first game of the season. For all our attacking possession did we really create many chances or look like scoring a second? More home points dropped - this was a game we had to win IMO.
  10. Get in you little pea!!!
  11. ****ing Villa!!
  12. I've based my opinion on his performances against Villa and Spurs when he came on and caused problems!
  13. Not badly, just too slow at times. We were trying to walk the ball in the net when Swansea had eight players in the box. This may have worked against crap teams in lower divisions but it won't in the Prem.
  14. He's been criticised for making the WRONG subs in the final third before - there's a difference! Other than Rickie's header did we create any chances in the last 20 mins?
  15. Did anyone hear what Adkins said in his post match interview?
  16. I can't help but think fresh legs or a bit of pace up front in the last 15 mins would have made a difference. I have no problem with the Shaw/Fox substitution though.
  17. None of our star players made space for themselves, they were static as usual. What was he meant to do?? Through it forward only for a Swansea player to nick the ball or go back to an unmarked player?
  18. He has ability, but it's like he's OCD and has to have five touches of the ball before he can pass it and if he loses it he HAS to fall over.
  19. I don't think it was a pen, he was already going down before there was a challenge. Don't think he had control of the ball either.
  20. Againts WBA he fell over every time he lost the ball. Most of the time he wasn't even looking for a freekick, he was just falling over - bizzare!!
  21. My view FWIW: We attacked too slowly at times meaning Swansea got plenty behind the ball quickly leaving us to try and walk the ball into the net. Lallana has been going down too easily all season and it wouldn't surprise me if his card is marked along with Suarez, Young etc. Honestly it's embarrassing at times!! Nigel wants us to pass the ball out from the back and our players try to do it all of the time. We did it in League One and the Championship and got away with it but we won't in the Premier League. Sometimes they need to just lump it whether Nigel likes it or not!! We looked tired up front after about 70mins and could have done with fresh legs on, bizzare to leave J-Rod and Mayuka on the bench. BUT we did look better and if it wasn't for one balls-up we would have taken the three points!
  22. Try the ATDHE stream on http://www.footballstreaming.info/streams/todays-links/ You can maximise it full screen (AD free) which I couldn't with the others.
  23. Apparently he can say what he wants because he's a legend and as Saints fans we should accept it and support him!!
