I think this Champions League Club stuff is a red herring. Suspect Spurs are the main suitors, and they're not confirmed for that by any means. My guess would be Levy trying to get him on the cheap (opening that old Saints-rape trope again), to replace Kane after he goes to PSG for megabucks. Not sure he'll go to City.
