Seven million quid isn’t bad for starters
-
He saw the writing on the wall with the club’s ownership and refusal to invest and got out. Dyche, I mean
-
Dyche wipes the floor with Ralph in terms of tactics, game management, and man management. Sure, he wouldn't be my first choice if our finances were better (and could attract better) but he'd immediately instil a change of mindset, plug our leaky defence and get rid of people he thinks are shite. Which is a lot. Personally would prefer Frank but that's not going to happen
-
He's still here, then. Like a bad smell. PS Sean Dyche is available
-
No luck in getting a new manager or board that recognises that he and the coaching team are the main problem
-
Looking forward to the five sub rule next season. I’m sure Ralph will be good at that
-
Hear hear. He’s actually a very limited manager with an even less capable coaching team behind him. Time. To. Go.
-
Honestly think a better, more tactically astute manager but also, crucially, a good coaching set up, would get more out of even these players. We need to make the incision and do it now.
-
What a dogshit season
-
Just get with it and fucking sack him
-
Please not an Ings equaliser
-
Looking forward to seeing Jamie Carragher spitting at cars again
-
Ralph’s Midas touch continues. What a joke
-
Our finances - shite?
-
Good enough for champions league. Not good enough for Saints
-
Southampton goalkeeeper Fraser Forster said goodbye to his team-mates on Thursday, & could agree a deal to join Tottenham as early as next week #saintsfc @David_Ornstein At least we have a better keeper. Oh
-
Also, was linked in the press I think
-
Think this may be a home win. Players and manager are shit. Sorry, ON THE BEACH. 😉
-
It was Levy shithousery of a fairly high order, all that 'we had his word' stuff
-
You’re forgetting the Alderwiereld (or however you spell it) affair
-
I think Spurs is definitely an option. Could provide service to Kane et al, would fit in easily alongside Hojberg, Levy is quite used to taking players from us (usually too cheaply). Also, not far, stays in England picture, doubles his money probably, and gets CL football. Really think we should get used to the issue that it's probably about getting as much money as we can for him and potentially finding a replacement first (so cheaper)

When a team has this many problems you build from the back. Excellent keeper and CB. Then defensive midfielder. Shut out the goals first. Then work on the rest. A manager who could do this would be useful, as would coaches who aren't goalkeepers
