It appears to be a complete disaster, on the face of it at least. I didn't expect much this season, and have stated numerous times that mere survival in the CCC would be a satisfactory result, given the nature of the squad but I'm not 100% sure that's going to happen. I suppose that if we do survive and begin to push on next year then it will have to be judged a success, albeit a painfully long, drawn out affair.

Well, I don't know if it's racist, but you certainly wouldn't be able to make that sort of distinction of nationality in any other industry. Even the military or intelligence departments only specify British.

The French Senate have voted positively towards building a new street circuit in time for 2011, ironically next to one of the biggest Renault plants in France. I say ironically because, if you believe the 'net rumours, it's looking less likely that Renault will be around in 2011 than ever before.
