What happened was.... A change of server was planned for awhile, and things were being readied, backups made regularly, etc. Then the last host server shat itself big time and we lost most, if not all, of it (I forget now but I seem to remember starting from scratch here). If things had gone to plan it would have all been carried over to the new server but we had to make the change when it was forced upon us, instead of when it was planned. That's about the upshot of it. I don't think anything is readable, though a Google search does reveal the odd nugget from the TSF days (mostly avatars and the like). Feel free to start a thread in here but remember the usual rules about violence and hooliganism apply, should anyone get a little over-enthusiastic.

Like I alluded to, and has been mentioned in the thread regarding the last instance of PR firms signing up, we'll check out any new suspicious posters if they're brought to our attention. I really don't want to see vitriolic accusations flying against any new posters who happen to have a different point of view to some of the more vocal on here. It could end up with people being 'punished' for trying to do the right thing.

Can I take this opportunity to remind posters that abuse of new members will not be tolerated under the "they are PR plants" banner. If you feel that such a situation genuinely exists please contact an admin directly or use the Report Post function. I'd hate for a long-term poster to receive an infraction, or even a ban, just from responding to what they believe is a wind-up or PR post. Many thanks.

Well, that's cleared that up Let's be honest, there are a lot of people who should be ashamed today, from the changing rooms to the boardroom, via the stands and more than a few living rooms. It seems the only people with any heart are the fans but they've no idea where to channel the passion to because the team sure don't deserve it.

I took it to be a slight on the fans.

It's hard to read the context into your post but is it possible he was chiding the fans for protesting and fighting when the objects of their attention weren't even present, rather than criticising RL and MW for not being there?
