I thought the first half was **** and deleted it. Was I too hasty?

Which past was that then, Shane?

When I took my first student loan, in 1996, it wasn't administrated in Glasgow, and it was a 0% loan. When I started repaying it, it had moved to Glasgow and changed to 1.X%

I keep meaning to ask whether you'd like your username changed from "kprea" to "korea".
-
It happened with the old student loans too. Mine was sold by the government to some company in Glasgow, who changed the interest rate straight away.

Good huh?

We don't have that rule up here at the top SS. I can post as fast as i can type.

Well I can't remember any branding on the packet other than the big FT logo, so I assume it was a store brand then. It would've been from the CoOp.
-
Maybe so but I'm sure there is a "Fair Trade" brand.
-
Some Fair Trade products taste awful, which doesn't help their cause. For example, the coffee is terrible.

Yep, the second to last shape was the best. I had one.

True, even in the most frivolous of overblown industries we had pay cuts this year.

Just ask if you want any advice; mid 90s Japanese is all I used to drive before I got the chance to get the R26 Megane cheap through work.

Those are four completely different types of car - small hatch, saloon, 80s family hatch and repmobile - and you've managed to claim that their "model type" lends itself to chavness. We can't all drive MPVs and 4x4s... about the only ones you didn't pick out.

The Posties would be giving careful consideration to their strike actions. Let's put it that way.
-
Snobbery works both ways, as you're aptly proving. I'm afraid there will never be a time when everyone is satisfied with the leadership, but it's hard to argue against the fact that Labour have had their chance and have blown it.
-
Oh, I dunno. Remembering that is better than fondly reminiscing about Stanley knives and half-bricks on Milton Road, like some seem to do.
-
We like the Southend fans, right?
-
Oh, and no cars are "Chav" when they leave the factory. Only their owners can make them that way.

Very expensive when that twin-turbo delight goes wrong, that's all I'd say. The same goes for the similarly-priced and specced Mitsubishi 3000 GT, or GTO (depending on country of origin). £3k should see you a good, low-mileage (possibly imported) turbo Impreza. Brilliantly bomb-proof, in unmolested standard spec, quicker than the 300ZX, more practical and similar to insure. The Turbo 2000 is the UK variant of the imported WRX. Good alternatives for the money, which are also more reliable, include the MR2 GT Turbo (only imports and only 2 seats) and the Nissan 200SX. The Nissan is lower on power than the 300ZX but is a better looking (IMO) more grown-up car which still manages 0-60mph in 6 seconds (ignore official figures as they undersold it's ability to keep the insurance prices down).

Yeah, Happy Birthday, Jill. I hope Gary Glitter doesn't die tonight and ruin it for you.

As multiple accounts are against the forum rules I wouldn't complain too much.
