So what is your definition "oven ready PL player?" Top foriegn players who haven't played in the PL before? People like Adam Lalana and Charley Taylor who have played 100's of PL games between them? What proportion of the team/squad should be "oven ready? What proportion should be "exciting young talents?" What proportions should "roadsweepers" and "violinists" fulfill? Are you suggesting that we should just be spunking what money we have on players JUST because they have played in the PL?

I have to be honest and say that I wasn't particularly worried about watching the Euros, but I have to say the I have watched most of the games, and as a neutral I have thoroughly enjoyed them. They have mostly been end to end, full-blooded, no quarter asked or given affairs.......apart from the England games. By far, the two most boring games.
