They felt that they didn't need the faux celebrations to validate their identities. The LGBT community are doing themselves no good by making the whole "Pride" thing virtually compulsory and lasting all year...Pride Month, plus Pride Parades all year round. We all get that gay people have been marginionalised and victimised over many years, but that stopped long ago. It seems that gay people want to remember that situation and celebrate that. I have absolutely no problem with gay people, but I hate having the whole compulsory "Pride Celebration" shoved down our throats all the time. It is not as though wearing the rainbow laces/badge will make one iota of difference to a gay person's life, but I suppose if it makes you feel better about yourself.

Why "Bugger?" General opinion seems that he is a really good prospect and we did really good business getting him.🤔

The club that I belong to had two gay couples. They were of course treated exactly the same as everyone else, as they should be. Both couples hated all the "Pride" and associated stuff and wouldn't go anywhere near it. They just wanted to live normal lives. Not sure if that makes them "homophobic" although somebody tells me the the Gay Community refers to them as "Pickme's" as they are apparently trying to ingratiate themselves with straight people...

Whilst I am not comparing them exactly, before anybody suggests it, are you suggesting that SAF, Pep, Klopp etc are not singleminded? They all have their way of playing and try to stick to it. It is the ability to successfully change during a game that make a great manager. I saw people saying at the beginning of last season saying that RM wouldn't get us promoted because he had never done it before.....conveniently forgetting that NO manager had got a team promoted until the first time that they did.

I may be wrong, but I agree. Can't see the love in with Broja. I really wanted to keep him after his first few games, but he had the injury and has done nothing anywhere since then.

I am very confused about Yuri. On one hand "a useless Clown" on the other 17 goals this season and a Brazil cap. Like nearly everyone else on here, I have never heard of him.

Just watched the video of the presser. What was the video clip of RM that they were talking and laughing about? Listened 2 or 3 times but couldn't make out what they were on about.

From what RM said when this came up the other day, it sounds like at some point ABK had some sort of non-urgent, heart-related standard procedure carried out, and it was not a secret. Whether it was with us or elswhere......who knows?
