Just listened to Johnny Walkers "Fire and Rain - The James Taylor Story" on i-player. Great interview and very candid - much talk of his addictions. Well worth a listen. Great man - great songwriting.

Both can be correct depending on the situation. E.G. "It was (X and ) me" or "(X and ) I did it". And you a teacher. What chance do our children stand!
It`s bad enough having to read the BS on here, but when it is littered with spelling mistakes, inacurate puntuation and bad grammar, it is just unforgivable.
She is quite correct. If you omit "my family and" from 'a very proud day for my family AND ME' it makes sense which it doesn`t if you use "I". That in general is the rule.
