  1. Please give it a rest. You bleat on about most posters on here having a vendetta against Lowe and Wilde but continue yours against McMenemy and Crouch. Pot/Kettle? Sadly the good points that you occaisionally make are lost in the faux antagonistic persona that you like to portray.
  2. Yeah, this is a bit weird. The new Dylan thing is No 1 at the moment. His first number 1 album in 38 years or so. I don`t understand why. The album hasn`t had good reviews.
  3. :confused::confused::confused:
  4. As attractive as that prospect is, I can`t help feeling that we have seen too many c**ts on the pitch at SMS already this season.
  5. With all due respect to all posters on here, I think that Mark Fry is no idiot. All of this speculation - weighing one bid against another - even though the only "details" that we have are those that have been posted here, whilst fun and a way to pass away the frustrating waiting time, is quite pointles. Fry will have the relevant information and will make the right choice I am sure. Lets calm down and wait and see.
  6. Possibly but there is no guarentee. It is all conjecture. I just don`t think that Hoodle is the saviour that some people on here think that he is.
  7. Or might not. Hoddle is no miricle worker.
  8. Sadly modern football is about short term fixing. It shouldn`t be but it is. Fans want quick success. Bloody fans again!!
  9. This in itself would do it for me!
  10. So...... it`s all the fans fault.......again??
  11. If there is one person who could unite the fan base it is MLT. Any consortium/buyer would be well advised to get Le God on board even if it is only in a token position. Matt is Mr Southampton!
  12. I`m sure that dalek has forgiven him!
  13. Doris the Tea Lady??
  14. Just watching "Soccer Extra" and Glenn Hoddle is on the sofa (dalek2003 is probably sat with a box of tissues on the arm of his chair!) and he was bemoaning the lack of special players when he was England manager. Pity he treated one particular "special" player the way he did then!
  15. You are probably right but I just thought that is a bit unfair to judge him purely on the situation that he is in now.
  16. TBF he went into Newcastle in a terrible position and with his hands tied- having to do with the players already there. Bearing in mind the fact that it would appear that we will be losing many of our players, any new manager would be able to build his own team. This may show Shearer in a different light. It is unfair to judge him on his current performance at St James Park.
  17. I generally agree with what you say but Wilde deserved much more of the blame than you give him. Lowe could/would not have returned without Wildes support. You had better apportion some blame to Lawrie McMenemy too, or 19C will be on your case!
  18. That`s a euphemism for something, right?
  19. Now that`s worrying!
  20. Yes. Potential.
  21. Presumably there will new washing machines for washing the kit.
