From the Wed Forum 1) As soon as Osbourne went off we collapsed . 1st half we did all the right things and caused them a few problems . Personally i think Southampton are the best team in this division . 2) Southampton never had to get out of second gear, thats the worrying thing, made our performance look half decent for the 1st half but when they needed to score they did, 2-0 was the nightmare lead. 3) we were comfortable against a very good confident side, the first goal was annoying but the second was jammy sought of thing that happens when you only have bad luck. 4) 2nd best . better than us. not interested. just some of the comments from our fans, who where brillaint as always. nowtime to relax with a beer and wish the rest of the season away. p.s - might i add, best home atmosphere i have sampled this season. a support that was only interested in supporting their own side throughout the90 minutes

Too true amongst the top six we have the largest mumber of blanks this season at 12 even though we are the thrid highest scorers in total. Our problem is always getting the first! however interesting to note Barnard did not start in 9 of the 12 blanks we have had!
