  5. So will they, which is the point.
  6. Rupert Lowe's true life legacy will be defunding the BBC, Southampton Football Club will be a mere footnote. You heard it here first.
  7. If Forster is depicted wearing it anyone in the market for a Big & Tall 8XL with the span of a Wellington bomber off the peg should be OK.
  8. In his favour he has got a ‘lovely smile’, as the official site keeps reminding us. Just needs to improve on the ‘lovely football brain, positioning and goals’ and we have one hell of a player.
  9. The Lee Todd of Toulouse - fact!
  10. No Wikipedia page, so I'm remaining sceptical.
  11. In matchday catering...
  12. I think they've got it down to smallpox, rabies and super gonorrhea these days, but you will likely need to quarantine for six months and undergo a neurological flow test.
  13. It’s all well and good being cynical, but Aston Villa are well on the way to reclaiming their rightful place as the Everton lite of the south midlands.
  14. The Synchronized Swimming is usually finished within the first week so hopefully he'll be touching down at Eastleigh by the end of July.
  15. I bet Matty Targett has been tapping him up with tales of the high life Edgbaston and evening strolls down the Bourneville Boulevard...
  16. Saints at the forefront of innovation and development again!
  17. To be fair Diego Maradona's views on current affairs and dietary health were a bit iffy too, but he wasn't that bad a footballer...
  18. You'll never make the station...
  19. Bit of a sojourn on the south coast for Frank but only good memories of his time at the Dell - a very typical McMenemy signing, a pure entertainer. One of my best memories was being on the terrace at Highbury in the prelude to the cup semi final 1984. Saints players clean cut ambling around in their Burton suits when FW appears looking like Las Vegas Elvis after an all night shagging session. Other posters have mentioned his passing, and that’s where he was sublime when at Saints - old school class and character. RIP Elvis!
  20. We now need a turning point - let's hope this is it!
  21. Shortlisted for the BBC Sports Personality of the Year.
  22. When it gets really bad the bestest fans will start lighting candles and tying scarfs to things. The media will do a ten minute special report on the news. We should all say a prayer...
  23. The Vest is no Dejan Lovren but any bid from the dipperati would need to be north of £50M...
  24. Best start to a prem season and couldn’t happen to a better group. Ace! COYR!
