They should at least be kicking in the doors of the selling club and holding them at gunpoint until they sell us the player at a discounted fee.

This is the bit which intrigues me. It would appear, as things stand, that Ralph is staying so how much involvement/say has he had in these departures? Did he go to the new board and say "look lads, these guys are duds and aren't helping me progress the team" or was it more that they said to him "Ralph, we're getting rid of these 3 to bring in some 'proper' coaches to assist you" and, possibly even, "so there will be no excuses from you if we stay shit"...

Do you mean Tete?

Who's in charge of banter with Kelvin gone though???
-
Surely this is now Ralph's last chance saloon? If they've sacked all the coaches and it still doesn't improve, it has to be him next? Or will he walk in a show of solidarity with his coaching team???
-
I wonder what's involved in "fighting to keep his job". Is there a fight/arm wrestle/quiz where if Ralph beats Dragan's nominated champion he stays on?

Let's hope we don't offer him a "dream return to St Mary's"...

And it would seem we're too embarrassed to make that news public...

Ralph seems to be a master at coaching individuality and unpredictability out of players in favour of rigidity and predictability. When Djenepo first arrived he looked confident, scored goal of the month and I thought he might turn out to be decent. Two years with Ralph and he looks appalling. Same with Broja but in a shorter space of time. Give Ralph De Bruyne and Mbappe and he'll have them at League 2 level within a season easily...

In a perfect world, we'd keep JWP, KWP, Tino, Perraud and maybe Stu Armstrong, Salisu and Adams. Beyond that, get rid of the lot and do a complete re-build. Obviously, that's not practical or likely but that's my 'Carlsberg' answer to the question. Incoming, I'd love us to see a return the McMenemy ways of picking up a few talented players towards the end of their playing days with a couple of years left in them to complement youngsters either not getting a game at the big clubs or those coming through the youth team. And if we could attract the odd David Armstrong-style pro in his prime every now and again, great. It's blindingly obvious we have no experienced pros to guide us through tricky games/periods and just flounder at the first sign of any pressure.

Don't worry, if Bazunu is as talented as they say he could be, we'd only probably be giving up 2 or 3 games before Macca's produced enough cock ups to get dropped.
-
Or introduce a new mid-game 'managerial substitution' option. "Ralph, you can do the first half but then at half time, when we might need to do something different, you're off..."

Huge game today! Could be the first full season under Ralph we don't lose a match 9-0. And we face off against one of the teams to beat us like that. Come on boys, you got this!! -

Did he also walk out when they announced a lap of appreciation? -

Released by QPR. And, unsurprisingly, moaning about it... https://talksport.com/football/efl/1103444/charlie-austin-let-down-treated-better-queens-park-rangers/

We can't. We'll need to know whether or not we need Premier League or Championship/Football League sleeve badges for it to look accurate...

More crap. Time for a change of manager and to move on some of the deadwood, quickly if we can.

Would holding them to 5 feel like a win? They have Villa and Chelsea before us so is it too much to hope they'll be knackered??? -
