Listening to TSP, Alfie was clear that the club have not briefed that there is nothing in this, and acknowledge such “spying” did happen at Boro
-
I know fans are precious in some cases, particularly online. however, the collective over-egged (faux) outrage by so many Boro posters is remarkable. I genuinely thought northerners were made of sterner stuff than this. They have collectively lost their online minds.

What’s the latest, Spors being sent to the Donbas front line as punishment?
-
Who knew that all you need to do to beat Arsenal over 90 mins was to camp out in some bushes
-
Boro must have spied on Saints given the whacking we got earlier in the season
-
Tell you what, thank Christ we played at theirs pretty quickly… all of this nonsense building up to an evening game a few days after would be painful to read/ watch
-
They are still going full on mental online. plenty of vlogs and talking heads stating as a fact that the only punishment can be is the removal of Saints from the playoffs. They have lost their minds

All media questions to managers/players can be classed as inane drivel. just watch our own pre match pressers. We get Blackmoores questions, to be followed by House et al. Asking the same questions straight after .
-
This is what I think is happening. "working with the EFL" to minimise our exposure.
-
why on earth would we let a young manager be the face of all of these in a build up to a £200m game (if we get past Boro) if there is absolutely noting in it. Makes no fucking sense.
-
I think the EFL have shifted for a more immediate response
-
LOL we have been charged, and we are not disputing it
-
Determine who it was? Pretty sure all knew within a minute who it was hence why the club have been charged.
-
good god, we have been charged and the club are not even disputing it
-
I have no idea if this person was on a work placement or Spors himself.
-
And then set new rules. Trouble for Boro (I believe), set sanctions are not laid out. So going for debatable sporting advantage to getting kicked out of a £200m competition is madness
-
I believe we were aware/involved with someone going up there to gather information, given their training ground is pretty accessible. This, coupled with the fact they are a very good side and have battered us the last time we played them. I would not be surprised if this is not the first time this season.

what internal investigations, we had nothing what so ever to do with it and it was some "wet behind the ears" intern doing this complete off their own back and without request.
-
The club have said almost nothing and those with a microphone are saying nothing. Almost certain that if we had absolutely nothing to do with it, we would be shouting about it. As others have said, I am sure we are on a huge damage limitation exercise.
-
Have the club said this was an intern?
-
No one is saying anything, but the suggest this is the fault os some upstart, who was desperate to impress someone drove up on a weekday, of their own back without any engagement with anyone linked to the club, is rather fanciful
-
who says he is young and or wet behind the ears?
-
This is the only thing the club has said... Which is very different to "nothing to do with us, but were are happy to help" I suspect we are in damage limitation mode
-
is that what is going on?
-
I cannot believe an 'intern' did all of this alone and rather randomly.
