Tell us more about the benefits to Saints of the SR multi club model?

I wonder how many ales in does his inner Derek Vineyard appear.

If Rohl was up there, and one they could have easily chosen in the summer, amazing that we sacked Still just a week or so after Rohl became unavailable.
-
He'd rather lose playing his way, than adapt. Except, we did adapt as we tailed off in the Championship season (then shifted back to his madness)
-
Sad really. He would have been a star in the Championship (not under Still, mind)
-
Small sample, but you see him in and around the penalty area when attacking...not sat deep or stuck wide
-
He was a nutter.... 😂

Robbie Keane?

Robbie Keane?

He was linked with both Celtic and Wolves...which suggests his agent is hawking him about.

I do not believe being better than 21st in the Championship is "expecting miracles"

Reckon it could catch on in the Northam?

100%. A proper heavy weight signing for a championship club, and one only we could make in this league IMO (given his history with us).

If there was a player who could command respect from the players, staff and the fans, who would come to us, it is him. He was literally playing for Barcelona and in the Champions league 18 months+ ago. No doubt he is still in tip top shape and would need just a few friendlies to be ready for the first team. He is a player (and personality) someone like Downes could only dream of becoming (and will never make it).

I have seen us, for about a year, have a back 3 forced upon the team, whilst we slide out of the premier league and almost in the relegation zone of the Championship. In that time, we have seen players played out of position both in and around the defence to accommodate this horrific set up. It is not beyond the realms of insanity he could be deployed there to 'steady the ship'...
