At what point do Sport Republic think "enough is enough"? 1 win in 7 so far. Do they give him until 1 win in 10? Do they think "we'll stick by him even if we finish bottom with 20 points" When does this shitshow end?

Such a strange decision from SR to spend over £40m on deadline day for them to be managed by someone so inept. Did they really think we'd see a dramatic change in fortune by spending money on two players? Rasmus needs to admit he's made an absolute fuck up appointing Jones and I can't see that happening unless Dragan sanctions it. Dyche was available as well.. What an absolute mess of a club we've become.

It's not only the results now.. I simply don't like him as a person. Loves lapping up the credit when we've won (which is very rare) and takes zero responsibility when we lose. Also the use of "they" in interviews and throwing his own players under the bus constantly. Anything to deflect the blame from himself. We're going down with him and I wouldn't want him in charge next season, so let's bite the bullet now and get a solid manager in place to give us a fighting chance.

Happy with these incomings but there's still a glaringly obviously flaw in our team. IMO we should've reached out for a keeper on loan. Obviously big Willy is good for a game here or there but we really need someone challenging Bazunu for the #1 spot. McCarthy isn't the answer to that equation. Sport Republic took a massive gamble on Gavin in the summer and it seems he isn't at Premier League level quite yet. Hopefully he flourishes in the future, but right now we need a capable GK preferably with PL experience. It could be the difference between staying up and relegation.

Absolute state of the comments on here. We're 20th, they're 3rd. We lost the home leg which was our best chance of progressing. I think alot of our fan base need to come back to reality, as hard as it is.

I haven't wanted to win this much since Leicester away after they spanked us. Everything is against us. We're the underdogs. Newcastle fans think they're in the final already. The media love them. We're irrelevant. The game may as well not be played cause Newcastle have already won. Let's give as good as we've got, stranger things have happened. COYR!

Brighton are now leading the race for Vitinha.. Couldn't make it up. Oh well, we had a fun couple of hours. More than we get on a match day.

I've just read that's Saints are "confident" of landing Vitinha. Well, that's that then. Next.

Well I'm quite confident we'll see at least one in tomorrow now. I think Vitinha is the "we tried, gapko" bid, but I'd be more than happy with Onuachu at this late stage. Our league position has a massive factor on potential signings, this really can't be underestimated. If a team comfortably in mid table comes in and matches our offer we've got no chance. Hopefully we can fly a couple over and get the deals done sharpish!

My big take from the game yesterday was how poor the players we have are. I lost count at how many times we gave possession away cheaply, especially in the second half, against a struggling Championship team. I genuinely don't think anyone would keep this group of players up, the rot has been making its way to the core for too long and we need relegation for a reset. Their goal for example, Moi tries an elaborate flick on the halfway line which they intercept with ease. I saw NJ go mental at him after and rightly so. I think people made their mind up about him in the first 4 games and nothing will change their opinion. I'm still not overly convinced myself but he's got an uphill task when our players can't even do the basics right.

Sulemana on at HT for Rennes, who are 2-0 down at Lorient. Watch him score a couple now like Gakpo did when we were after him in the summer 😂

All part of an elaborate ruse to get Bournemouth to sign him.

With all due respect, if he was the only striker we were bringing in, we'd be playing Championship football next season. Nowhere near good enough. Hopefully he was a smokescreen for another target.

Don't know what game you were watching but he was excellent last night. Broke up the play at least 5 times in the centre of the pitch, one of his best games for us so far.

Going tonight, my last game was the 2-2 draw with Leeds in August. I haven't seen us win since a 2-0 win over Villa in February 2020. Sorry in advance.

We're talking about today. There's not many goalkeepers in world football that would save that header, there's no time to react after pathetic defending from Lyanco and DCC. All for giving him a hard time when he has made a mistake, but there's certain posters waiting for the ball to hit the back of our net to criticise him.

I see the Bazunu blamers are put in force again. Free header 6 yards out is his fault apparently. Fact is we can't defend set pieces.

I think we'll win this. Just one of those games we'll scrape 1-0. I'm never optimistic either.

Glad to be honest. He doesn't look anything special at all. Need to be aiming a lot higher. 5 goals in 22 games in the Championship. The strikers we already have are better than that.

I'd rather we spent £10-15m on Ings than an unproven striker from the Championship or Europe.
