It's fine. The thread will die when people stop replying to each other.

The tempo of passing was noticeably higher. In particular when we crossed the halfway line. More one touch football and less ponderous stopping and turning back.
-
Except last season we almost never passed to the full back bombing forwards on the overlap leaving us repeatedly exposed when the "attacking" midfielder cut infield and lost the ball.
-
Sounds like the kind of signing we'd be all in for then.
-
Charles didn't exactly stop the attacker either.
-
That game was easy on the eye.

Oh dear. Poor keeping. Poor defending. 4-2
-
Sweet goal. Edozie skinned two to set that up
-
Selles has ditched the Arteta tribute act and is in a tracksuit by the looks of it.
-
Charles on now. Also Aribo, Djenepo, Lavia and Adams
-
Edozie and Manning coming on Tells and KWP off
-
I thought that was 3-2 for sure

Move the ball quickly. Receive in tight spaces. Alcaraz as a ten with two wingers.
-
Baz saved us there. Shocking mix up
-
We're really crisp. Making lots of chances. 3-1 up
-
We're moving the ball really crisply
-
Great goal! Armstrong
-
Injury I think. He was down beforehand
-
Based on this performance we'll have won the league by Christmas
-
We look like a football team. What sorcery is this?

Football!

Agreed. Likeable people are more likely to persuade other people of their ideas. Much more likely.

I like the way he goes out of the way to talk up the people around him. That's a really positive sign.

I don't remember Elyounnoussi ever running a game or tearing another defence apart. Redmond had games where he did exactly that which was the maddening thing about him - he could do it but seemed to be lacking in confidence to do it consistently.

Seems like the story of Lyanco's Saints career in a nutshell. Dives into the transfer fully committed, promising great things only to be let down by weak positioning at the last minute.
