Very poor/disappointing 1st half Same old boring possession shite - so frustrating to watch - clueless in the final 3rd - far too slow/patient - been this way for years - when will something bloody change!?! huge improvements needed for 2nd half They look more likely to score & so much more threatening in the final 3rd - Jack Stephens seems to want to help them by keep giving them the ball

Terrible 1st Half performance - hardly got past the halfway line - Manning & Charles really struggled - but sure will improve given time - Bournemouth had much more of a nasty side/fight than us. Edozie was bullied/smothered all the time. Greatly improved 2nd half - Much more positive play & composure. Looked a much better team. Think we definitely need a decent keeper & Che Adams is just a complete waste of space - he can do one!

How long would you say the below statements ring true? 1. Almost certain that we will let a goal in 2. Almost certain that we will not score a goal 3. Almost certain there will be no real fight & we will mostly be 2nd to every ball 4. Almost certain our Defenders or Keeper - should've done better 5. We are scratching our heads over team selections & substitutions If the consensus is that it's a fairly short period of time - then I guess the powers above can be excused!

Worst game I’ve seen from KWP Bazunu never seems to commit to a high catch

Omg! What a Nervy game, If we get through this game unbeaten & with 11 men still on the pitch - then the football Gods will be looking down on us! Got to find a solution to their attacks down the wings in the 2nd half

Expected the loss & no points from that game - like most people I guess! But as always - I go in to every game expecting/hoping to see clear signs of improvement in areas of repeated weakness & expect the Team to show great fight/spirit (blood/sweat & tears) - especially considering the current position we are in. Unfortunately, we never get the fight from the majority of our players & very little positivity or urgency. (Selles is clearly out of his depth & not the answer). Never seem to have improved in the areas of clear weakness. Every team playing against us now - just simply need to get crosses into the box, we can not defend for Toffee & our keeper is highly questionable. How the powers at this club have allowed this rot to continue for such a very long time is so sad, unbelievable & unforgivable! For the remaining games - can we please at the very least see some true passion/spirit & if we are to go down - let's go down fighting!.

Bednarek, AMN & Che Adams why the Fook did I bother coming club is clueless!

Maybe it’s time to try our Strikers as defenders - as they seem experts at keeping the ball out of the net! Defenders as strikers - CC on a scoring run! Can’t be any worse than normal?? Just need an idea for what to do with the Goalkeeper position!?

Any manager that starts Bednarek or even includes him in the squad - straight away tells me that they’re not right for the job in the Premier League. That’s just the starting point - then you have the likes of AMN, Bazuna, Moi etc… Selles got very lucky with the Chelsea win - on another day that could’ve easily been like 5-1 loss. I find it all a bit crazy tbh as he’s been part of the whole set up for a long time & therefore part of the problem! Can’t take to the bloke either - very arrogant, big ego, over animated, just trying to look & play the part! Bad decision - whole setup is clueless

I'm convinced that there is somebody within this club on a mission to get us relegated! How can we continue over such a long period of time to go backwards - just doesn't make sense! For the last year & a half (maybe longer) we have been nothing but absolute dire & only getting worse. The powers to be are clearly oblivious & have not got a clue how to address. Somebody has got to answer for this - it's been so blatantly bloody obvious! There are so many players in our squad in that time & still getting in the 1st team who should never be near a Premier League side. I don't want to accept it - but unfortunately have now given into the fact that we are not escaping this. Our squad is by far the weakest in this league & I don't think any manager could now come in and save us, really hope I'm wrong! 10 men pretty much matched us today Had more fight & spirit & that's the most annoying part for me

Yet another really disappointing performance & unbelievably lucky to be coming out of that with just 1 Goal conceded. CC, Lyanco & Salisu an utter organised mess, all over the place, true test there tonight & failed. Bazuna not helping much back there with lack of commanding & confidence & bad positioning. Alcarez looked pretty decent, Diallo’s passing letting him down again. God knows why Lavia is not starting? AA battled hard & should always start with his effort & positivity. Still clueless in attacking 3rd - nothing seems to work/click. Newcastle showed us how it should be done, brilliant positive movement up front. Keep telling myself - things can only get better! 🙏🏼🤞

Such a dire/disappointing performance throughout whole squad today 😟 Was expecting so much more after recent performances. Leaves me very worried now! Thought Villa were also Poor, but clearly better than us in pretty much every department, especially midfield. Referee certainly didn't help us in any way. I think that he works hard in very small blasts - so deceives alot of people. I reckon Mara has run further in the 1st 30mins tonight than Adams would all game! I'd love to see his stats against most other strikers

Let’s take the positives out of that 1st half! 🤔🤔🤔 Absolutely abysmal!

Watching the first 15-20mins, it looked like we would take a hiding and lesson today. Really stifled them from that point onwards & battled brilliantly growing into the game, solid team performance throughout which is very much needed. I’ve not been convinced with Lyanco, but today he was absolutely superb along with his infectious spirit - just needs to be careful in not losing his head - need someone like him on the pitch to lift the players & the fans. Edozie needs more time on the pitch - great positive attitude & would no doubt create plenty of chances - which is what we are greatly lacking in the final third. Think that A.A deserves more credit - one of the hardest workers on the pitch & is heavily involved in lots of play. Che needs to be a lot more intelligent & energetic in his runs - he doesn’t give the team the links most strikers do. If only we could capitalise on the hundreds of corners & long throws that always seem to end the same way - with an immediate clearance 1st time for as long as I can remember that I’ve come away from the stadium not going mental about the referee as well - so all in all a great day - COYR

As much as I like Ralph (mainly for his personality/passion) and would really love to see him to succeed with us. Sadly, I'm now resigned to the fact that it's time for a change. Tactically - he consistently gets it majorly wrong and in so many ways - it's gone on for too long now! 😞 We've had CB defensive inadequacies for years - which has never been addressed - only got worse.
