  1. 😂😂😂 definitely reasons not to employ a very good manager that 😂😂 in that case we’d never employ a large percentage of managers
  2. 😂😂 hell of a selling point that
  3. You do realise the football manager line is a bit of clickbait with Still. It’s not how he got into football management at all.
  4. In recent times what’s the biggest clear out of playing staff a club has made? I don’t believe we have the funds to payout many of the contracts on the useless players we have? And they’re certainly not going to be an attractive option for other clubs? We still have players in the books who we tried to get shot of from the last relegation!

Spot on, the most successful clubs in recent history have kept the same manager and stuck by his ideas and tactics. I can only think of Chelsea who flip flopped and still had success ( then again they had bottomless money) I don’t think Martin was great and this season is showing the shift from possession football , Man City as an example are struggling, Hate to say but the club should be looking at Brighton & Bournemouth how the club should be run (or go back to see what we did right under NC)
  6. We haven’t had a decent CB since VVD (high bar I know) Recruitment has been consistently poor how can we go from signing VVD Toby A Wanyama pelle mane tadic romeu Etc etc to having Stephens, aribo, Armstrong, BBD starting premier league games?!?
  7. Who did we have in midfield though in front?
  8. Regards to players Our recruitment has been very poor. We haven’t replaced any of the good players sold either buying cheap or pushing backup players to fill the holes left. Hard to think of a player bought in recent years who had replaced the out going player.
  9. The club as whole is a shambles top to bottom. shite mangers tasked with managing shite players.

Would suspect that’ll be Downes Wee man TBH Manning Stephens ??
  13. would be nice to see ABK get some games now even if to get him in the shop window. Can’t be any worse than Bednarek or THB
  14. Which is the league he should’ve stayed in. Proved now with 2 gos at the top league that he isn’t at the standard required along with 3/4’s of our squad
  15. We are so bad it’s almost funny! These shit pricks should never see a saints shirt ever again!
  16. We don’t even compete with all the other clubs for decent players! Bar Ipswich we are bottom of record signing. Are we where we deserve to be trying to be cheap? https://www.footballfancast.com/premier-league-clubs-record-signings-transfers-list/
  17. That right there is a shocking stat! Shipping goals for fun at home is madness! Players and SR should apologise to the fans.
  18. The idea is that the centre defender pushes up into midfield when we have the ball
  19. No idea about Juric. Managed decent teams in Italy so can’t be that bad?
  20. May not have those up north yet tbh
  21. Tbh in the situation we are in you’d think some of the senior players would
  22. I couldn’t believe after that performance that they still got the day off! No wonder there’s no fight in the soft twats!
  23. His agent would be dealing with it, Rohl will have given him a run down of what he wants etc before hand.
  24. “During Mauricio Pochettino's time at Southampton, his training methods were known for their intensity and mental toughness. Players would engage in grueling sessions even shortly after matches, such as the "horseshoe runs" on Mondays, which involved high-endurance drills. When striker Rickie Lambert approached Pochettino to request lighter sessions, the manager responded by doubling the workload the following week, aiming to push his players to their physical and mental limits. These demanding routines built resilience but were also mentally challenging for the squad”
