You know as well as I that it’s very difficult to predict an exact figure. The average income tax paid is £120-150k per departing non-dom. From that, economists predict at least £2bn, but then you can add in Stamp duty losses, CGT losses, VAT losses etc. etc. Plus there is the very real implication that the UK is now seen as a punitive place to do business globally.
