My understanding is you can only buy an away ticket in the same price bracket as your season ticket. So someone with an adult season ticket cannot buy a concessionary ticket for themselves.

Trouble is I have moved seats and would certainly lose them. I guess I’m resigned to buying tickets for our home pre season friendly against Colden Common 😂

Yes have spoken with the ticket office. They confirmed as above. only those who have paid the 5% for the instalment plan can get a retrospective credit by completing the form. Not a good look

It is extra galling that people who have renewed and elected to pay in instalments can reclaim the credit(s) by completing a form. No such facility exists for people who paid outright.

WTAF is this sick joke that you lose your accumulated credit this season as of 31/7/25. I have just listed my seat for arsenal as I cannot go and then cannot use the credit as I have already bought my season ticket. i do not want a membership or any extra seats. Thieves
