Who said it hasnt ?......Just because the left wing media is not reporting it doesn't mean nothings happening So far there are over 20 filed High Court cases some State and some Federal......3 of them have made the 'Supreme Court' and there are more on the way..... To date, 3 cases have been dismissed in High Court, 2 State and 1 Federal....Not because they found in the defendant's (Obama) favor.....But because they found the plaintiff lacked standing...ie have not suffered any damage (yet) 1 case has so far has been reviewed by Supreme Court conference and needed 4 out of 9 Judges to agree to hear the case but that went no further.... They're due to conference on a further case tomorrow (12 dec).....and there's another sat in the wings awaiting consideration There are 'two' completely separate issues being challenged at the moment....The first, is even taking the facts as Obama has presented them. Several Constitutional lawyers, (both Republican and Democrat)feel the fact that Obama was a dual British/American citizen from Birth to the age of 14 excludes him under the Constitution to be President of the United States.....As it stood in 1790 he would have been ok, but the wording was changed in 1795 and hasn't been amended since, even during the huge general amendments after the civil rights act The second, is the fact that Obama's mother was in Mombassa very shortly before his birth and some people are certain that she couldn't get a flight back to Hawaii due to here being so heavily pregnant and had here baby in Mombassa and flew back to Hawaii a few days after In Hawaii at that time, and up until the early 70's the Birth's department would accept nothing more than a affidavit from one parent to say the child was born in Hawaii to make the registration as a Hawaii born child. This would allow a 'short form' Birth certificate to be issued and the 'long form' vault copy would record the fact it was issued based on a affidavit....Babies born in Hawaii however, will have the hospital and doctors name recorded on the vault certificate. To date not only has no one seen his original 'long form' vault copy birth certificate, but neither of the two hospitals in Hawaii he was supposed to have been born in, has any record of his birth ... If indeed he was born in Mombassa as a lot evidence would suggest then not only is he not a "Natural born citizen" as required under the constitution but he would also be an ilegal alien as his only American parents was to young to pass on citizenship If you're thinking its too late to do anything about it now then you'd be wrong....despite what the press say, he's not even 'President elect' yet......Americans dont get to vote directly for the president, only electoral collage members who will be voting next week and they can legally nominate who the hell they like for president.. What ever happens next week, this wont go away until 'Chairman O' produces his original vault copy of his birth certificate....The lack of standing will no longer be a reason to pursue court cases after his election as every citizen will have standing as soon he signs his first Bill....Then watch the law suits fly To some, the Costitution and Bill of Rights are way more important than petty politics...

As much as i have sympathy for the team members and factory boys...I'll be glad to see the back of them and all the other manufacturers that took over and i my view, destroyed the sport Restrict F1 to independent teams, all using the same engine with big slick tires, stick shift gear boxes and give the engineers a little room in the regulations express their selves and i might start watching again

If you have no real construction experience then you're really going to be better off getting a Building Contractor to do the work as a complete contract for you....Will be more expensive but the work you're talking about will involve co ordinating and supervising a lot of trades. More than just the ones you mention ....plumbers, electritions, scafolders etc, maybe drainage too...Not to mention local authority inspections If you dont know what you're doing it could all end up a very expensive mistake

The fact is, the vast majority of asylum seekers arriving in the UK are moving on from their "first country of safe asylum" and are no longer relevant to the Geneva Convention....It's more a case they know there are people like 'you' in the UK who will give them a far better deal at the tax payers expense, than they'll ever get in their first 'safe country of arrival' The more dodgy one's amongst them also know they'll be able to commit crime with impunity, as British liberal tolerance no longer recognizes 'punishment' as a consequence

Very little of that profit is made from selling gas at filling stations...they're pretty much selling it at cost as it is. Oil is a base component of hundreds, if not thousands of products. It's also a extremely high risk/high investment industry......Without the possibility of high profits to offset the risk, Oil companies wouldn't even exist......Something many Socialist's don't seem to be able to get their head around.....And some would seem to be even be happy with that idea Despite all that, I can buy gas over here from both BP and Shell at a very reasonable price....About 1/2 the price of a gallon of milk and a little less than gallon of 'brand' name water Most Britons (can i still use that word?)'chose' to pay 300% tax on gas.....To blame the Oil companies for the subsiquent high cost is laughable.....Even if Shell sold gas at their forecourt for 1 pence a litre it would still cost you around 35p a litre to put it in your car.....Go figure
