Agree with the top part… But nah, not the second, Mat Ryan is on a free, just played well for Will Still at Lens and heaps of good experience for Brighton in the Prem. If he wants to join, #1 is sorted next season and #2 sorted if we go up. Simples. No need to gamble on Baz or Alex.

Not necessarily if they retain the registration as they did with Reading but threaten disqualification if the owner doesn’t sell by X date. Sam was too lightweight for the PL which City fans warned about but actually one of the markedly better players in the first half of our last Champ campaign until Stacey’s dirty (and should’ve been red card) foul at Norwich wiped him out.
