Re Lewis Payne, he did have some good games at my local EFL club Cheltenham Town, and the odd bad one. They are mid-table League 2. We’ve had a go (half-hearted) at the managers, even more lightly at the owners, time for the players to get what they deserve. The opening section with Steve Mills on the pitch, with Keegan, Bally and Channon and receiving the ovation is really emotional seeing it back, and as an adult a few years older than my Dad was with me on the Milton that night I now fully comprehend why it was for him and so many around us in the crowd that night.
