  1. Something I would more than accept is a manager who tells Rasmus to keep his nose out and insists on the final and 100% say on all recruitment of players. A new DoF as well, Bitcon is a Rasmus lackey and a plastic Xmas tree pretending to be a Norwegian spruce. We might actually end up with a better player transfer success rate of 1 in 10 and be able to fit the first team squad into a single dressing room, which would be a novelty under SR.
  2. Milking the tourists whilst they can.
  3. Not our issue thankfully. If he could knock the aimless passing around at the back on the head, I could see him being a good Academy Director at the one of the ECL clubs, as long as other more specialist coaches are setting down basic organisation and shape. If not, then lower Champ/League one and bigger League two outfits are probably his future if he wants to carry on trying first team management roles. Not sure he’s suited to them though.
  4. Good at pacifying babies though. Which is ideal for this squad.
  5. Allegedly fell out with Ralph as well.
  6. Had a busy night with the OS statement.
  7. Midlands isn’t that far to relocate from 😉
  8. Very likely. Trouble is, THB went out in the press after Chelsea, defended him and then Martin pushed him under the 🚌 after Villa, makinh a mistake trying to do what Martin demands. Martin got what he deserved, far more with his pay off. Some sympathy with his staff, hopefully they’ll build careers away from him now.
  9. Corberan is good but we’d be bad move for him and his stock would remain high taking WBA top 6 again. Other two I agree although respect Robins for what he did at Coventry.
  10. Players knew he was going by the looks.
  11. Forest despite the 21 players they signed were way more competitive first season up. Understand some reservations after the Leicester experience but he’s damaged with a point to prove and an arrogant, we always know best Southampton Football Club have just had their nose firmly rubbed in their own mess with fans pouring out of stadium 25 minutes in being broadcast all over the world. It could work. Both parties humbled with a lot to prove. But Rohl’s football is what I like. Not sure I’d leave Weds right now if I were him. We will see.
  12. ☝️
  13. Turkish - your laughing emojis record is in peril here.
  14. Not a properly qualified one.
  15. Another one of SR’s lemons. Clear it out.
  16. Could do a lot worse than him. Rohl even better but those two would be a huge improvement on Martin.
  17. Once saw one of his shots clear both tiers of the Milton once in a reserve match at the Dell.
  18. I agree but the fitness levels are shocking for returning to the pressing and counter attacking football Saints do well.
  19. Yep, you might get picked now he’s gone.
  20. Loving the Emoji
  21. Just had the Sky Sports app pop up - Martin sacked by Southampton.
  22. Fixed it for you
  23. Agree, and if they won’t sell, then the only compromise can be total new leadership at the club and full independence from SR board with an experienced leadership team with 20-25 years good experience in the industry’s top European divisions. Rasmus will mean there isn’t an SFC in 5 years time.
  24. Whilst the main spotlight will be on Martin’s imminent sacking, there are bigger issues at hand. Rasmus cannot continue to have association or voting power even over SFC at the SR table. A bit like when someone has had a severe gastro bug and puked/shat everywhere, chuck some of the worst performing functions out within the club and spend the rest of the season rebuilding off the field. Scouting needs 100% overhaul, new CEO, marketing, Director of Football, total new management and coaching team. Academy is being neglected, need a higher profile and stronger figure leading that who can drown Rasmus out if Dragan really won’t stop him terrorising our club.
  25. I agree with the Rasmus bit a million per cent but Martin’s style football has been torture and full on Frank Spencer. At least this season and some horribly humpings at Sunderland and Leicester last year plus 60+ conceded. That ought to have been the red flag for the gormless board in the first place
