The club will 100pc look to sell Dibling and then try and keep Fernandes, esp with Robinson coming through. If we get huge money for Dibling it does absolute wonders for the club as it’s pure profit for FFP / our accounts and allows us to facilitate a rebuild with the most money and biggest budget in the league. The sticking point…does Dibling actually want to leave? I’m not sure on that one. He likes routine - doesn’t like change.

I’m so glad Smallbone has done that in front of Still. He’s a nice lad and a saints fan and I’ll always wish him well, but enough is enough. If you can’t learn from your mistakes or work on your weaknesses and improve them, then you’ve peaked.

I'd look at buying up the captains (leaders) / best players in the champ and also getting some players down from the prem so we have some exp when we get back up. Bit like we did in league 1 and the champ under Padrew and Adkins. Ruthless and slightly arrogant, but also the best strategy.

He's only just worked his way into our team. If anyone is going to be player manager, its Adz.

Back when Rohl was at saints, the players absolutely LOVED him. It was Rohl who took most of the training sessions - the players really enjoyed working with him. Tactically he is astute and most notably, unbelievably organised - something we haven't been for years. Ralph knew how good this guy was and Danny was more like a co manager with us then. Although Ralph had a successful spell after DR departed, you could say that was largely down to the players not playing in front of fans every week (Our players have long been mentally fragile in games btw) The players grew tired and "bored" of Ralph's training sessions and eventually lost interest all together. It was mentioned that this was down to a lot of off the ball training and barely any on it. Danny is our first choice as manager and I don't think it will be long before he arrives either.

Juric is a nice bloke and fair play for having the balls to take on the job. Spors is already making positive waves across the club - he isn't hanging around - lots being sorted already. It's refreshing to have someone driving the club forwards who knows their stuff unlike another figure at the club, who is undoubtedly the problem. Rohl on next season.

A few snippets from inside the club Despite this season being an absolute joke / write off, there's a surprising amount of positivity going into next season. We are in a much better position than when we went down last time. Lots of investment to come...land...stadium...talent Dragan has started to place talented people into crucial positions eg Spors His investment will now be looked after by people who know the game. Planning is well underway.

The board need to be held accountable. Start by firing Rasmus, and hiring a proper DOF. Enough of the stepping stone mentality. We need to recruit people who actually want to be here. We've had DOF's jump ship, players jump ship, scouts jump ship, staff jump ship. Our recruitment is all wrong. When we drop, I want us to look back at how we recruited under AP and NA. Sign your rivals best players and sign a bunch of captains. Don't go all moneyball. Don't go abroad. Go for the best players in the league you're trying to get out of. We are an absolute joke at the moment.
