I agree. We haven’t had proper leaders out there for years now. It’s been a huge part of the problem.

Tonight was a clear example of how washed the players are IMO. We've seen just how mentally fragile they are... It's there for all to see, surely? Look at that last 20mins...you can see them all panic...they didn't know what to do when in the lead with a chunk of the game to go. I'm surprised at the amount of fans blaming Still. He tried to help the players...did all the right things. I think we are making progress each game now, but he has so much to fix after each performance. Game by game he will put it right and game by game we will keep making steps forward. He will have them back on the training ground now and working on what to do when actually in the lead. Get behind the manager and appreciate that he's rebuilding a club in a terrible state basically from scratch.

He was £70m. I saw the accounts. It was pretty much all upfront as well…which we demanded due to the fact they tapped him up. We didn’t pursue the case once they paid it.

Also Dibling has been badly advised by his agent imo. He could have signed a very good new deal with us and gone for huge money after some much needed development but all his agent can see are the £ signs. I hope his parents intervene and at least get him to a club who will play / develop him. I can see him back here on loan if Liverpool or United get him.

Other clubs interested are Spurs, United, Liverpool and one from Germany. Lead to believe that they aren’t the only ones. Doubt he’s going to Everton with the other waiting in the wings. Same with Fernandes…loads and loads want him. I reckon this could be a club record fee….

I've heard from my source not on the ground, that everything's a bit up in the air at the moment. Apparently Still is fuming as there's no service in the wings. The players are also v confused as they're struggling being in the ascendancy. On top of all of this, Ankersen hasn't managed to get rid of any players, so looks like the squad will be packed and we will play a Boring 747 formation, with a good chance of going down.

The club will 100pc look to sell Dibling and then try and keep Fernandes, esp with Robinson coming through. If we get huge money for Dibling it does absolute wonders for the club as it’s pure profit for FFP / our accounts and allows us to facilitate a rebuild with the most money and biggest budget in the league. The sticking point…does Dibling actually want to leave? I’m not sure on that one. He likes routine - doesn’t like change.

Leicester would have sacked RVN by now if they could afford it. Talking about dislikable managers… We’ve had two of the absolute worst in football. AP and GB.
