  1. Chinnys £17m has always been suspect but unfortunately for you AA has the debt written down in his legally binding CVA and he has it secured. Chinnys position is as strong as ever. As is Gadymacks. Chinny has a fixed and floating charge over Fratton Park, that is a secured debt and it aint going nowhere... Chinny may not have have his puppet fudging the administration but he still has you over a barrel. In his own words 'i am secured, whatever happens i am going to get my money back' So Birchs first major problem here will be finding a mug to pay £17m for a crumbling liability of a stadium... until that happens, Chinny will be in control. You either pay the pair of them off in cold hard cash or continue to pay Sasha £6k a week for the car park and however much Chinny wants to let the ground to you. Happy days! Shares yes, secured debt no! Fixed and floating charges on the skates assets... Chinny and Gadymack own the lot; lock, stock and barrel. They will be celebrating in the streets of Portsea this evening but there will be one mighty hangover when they realise the only people this latest administration will screw over are the UK tax payer, local businesses and their non-playing staff... F*cking PMSL
  2. Absolutely Nataliedoodie, however the skates are deluded fools in the main and they simply dont get it. If they had a wage cap like Millwall they would have a squad 2-3 times bigger than they have with quality over quantity FFS Quite right the football authorities should wash their hands of pfc - liquidate the biggest cheats in the history of the game... And yet thousands of them are still friends with Antonov on his facebook page! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Balram Chainrai for all his excellent loan sharking of poopey, long may it continue through this administration period!
  3. Ahem!.. shame 'Pack The Park' didnt get through! Just caught up on all the pages, this is brilliant! Am I dreaming? If so, please dont wake me up. What a fantastic morning, I do enjoy pompeys away days at the courts! COYHMRC, your 12th man is right behind you!
  4. COYMJP! As sidesplittingly hilarious as that would be, I doubt it would happen... they will probably wind up a string of companies at once without consideration just so they can hear poor old plucky poopey. She will let them go into administration I can imagine, what with the Prime Minister getting unwittingly dragged into the mess after Ms.Mordants little stunt... FFS Or perhaps we could kindly offer their talented youngsters a chance to come and make their trade at our magnificent academy. Last time round we basically let them have the tickets to SMS for free as a kind gesture by our chairman Cortese, maybe this time we could humiliate them some more, and pick up the players in an SFC coach? Or the fans do a bucket collection, MAX donation 1penny... the 300 odd quid they get could be given to Ben Haim, or they could buy a new lawn mower for Moneyfields...
  5. This really should become our latest poopey theme tune, after the classics pompeys going down with no money in the bank and were coming for you. So our suspicions are confirmed, pompey cant put on a match without the goodwill of its 'staff' working shifts for free: http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Staff-Thanked-For-Show-Of-Loyalty-3128.aspx its commendable of these skates for doing this, are they willing to do charity work for the remainder of the season? Its unfortunate that pompey cannot be so charitable to the charities it owes fortunes to... but all will be ok, as the spinnaker is being lit in blue to raise skate spirits and provide a "shining beacon of hope" http://www.pompeytrust.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=372%3Aspinnaker-tower-lit-in-blue-for-pompey&catid=34%3Ademo-category maybe the beacon will guide the leather jacket'd saviour to the peoples republic of portsea
  6. The man is one hell of a grafter for a "self professed" mill-yon-air... traipsing up and down Hampstead punting his leather jackets This Gregory chap is the latest smokescreen to mug off the courts, AAs trump card to woo the judge into giving the plucky cheats another reprieve. He has come out of nowhere and instantly starts bleating "give the skates a points deduction and im not investing [my leather]" - more spin and blackmail by the administrator. I am thoroughly looking forward to reading more about this leather jacket entreprenuer and how flogging apparel on the pavement is the new way to amass a fortune - all those global retailers have been doing it wrong all this time! Roll up roll up, Mr Krabbs has left the building and now its all about the leather Although I suspect and hope that Gregory looks like this fellow Really looking forward to yet another day back in the courtroom for poopey tomorrow, its going to be great. Watching a snippet of Limpitt trying to absolve himself of all responsibility on SSN last night, I got the impression he is now at war with the Chinny. I suspect he has gone against Chinnys orders to asset strip the skates in January, I also suspect he is finally realising the consequences of getting in bed with criminals and viscious loan sharks. Chinny will murder pompey without remorse and Lampitt is going for administration to stop him going straight to liquidation. Fair play to Lampitt, he can see whats going on (does he read the thread?) and is doing what he can to stop the creditors getting completely shafted... or am I being too kind? And the sweetest part of this recent chapter? ... Chainrai aint going nowhere, whatever the outcome. Administration = Chinny is secured and floats all over the clubs assets, Liquidate = Chinny owns the stadium and values it at £17m. Chinny is here to stay, untill he has every single penny back from the Gadymack family after they reneged on his and Kushnairs deal in Israel - and every penny means every penny, a loan shark cant be seen to be going soft now. ''Every penny or I pull the trigger, and tell ms mordant to pull her knickers back up - that aint gonna wash as collateral, not even to HMRC let alone my tax haven empire.'' It has been said plenty of times before... who is writing this script? Every chapter has "taken us to a level you wouldnt quite believe" PMSL COYCHINNY
  7. Whilst this is music to my ears - can you verify this information Crouchie? I can imagine Lampitt is drinking a lot right now, but it would be strange for a CEO to speak with such a tone of resignation... old Storrie was as cheerful as ever right up until he left to become a consultant! Fingers crossed this is the real Lampitt Poor old Corporate
  8. This is the strange bit really, no understanding of income vs expenditure or any realistic wage 'cap'. Take Millwall, the owner underwrites a modest loss each year however the club operates on a strict wage cap of 5/6k max per week. They can afford the odd big signing but cannot afford the wages due to them protecting their future. They got close to Lambert, Barnard and Puncheon in L1 however as we double their attendences we could offer better wages (and prospects too!). These deluded skates will never get it, untill their looking at grass roots. Corporate, we slashed the wage bill, loaned out the experienced pros - and played the kids... im sorry but we really did, it was a depressing season - I was unfortunate to miss the only one (or was it two) home wins all season. Watched about 20 home league matches winless, all aways we also lost... a whole winless season for myself your statistics above support the fact we played the kids, and Lallana was in his first full season in the 1st team. Holmes was 20/21 i think, Cork was 20 odd maybe younger. McGoldrick was a stand in as we sent the likes of Rasiak and Saganovski out on loan. It was painful but we did what we had to do.
  9. 14k packing the park, a magnificent effort. Did they close the (milton end?) and pack 3/4ers or was it 14k packing the park spread out across the vast stretches of empty seats. You may have been miffed at 27k during the dark days, however I do recall fantastic attendences right up until the end of season. Even away at forest 3-odd-k turned up purely to give rupert some grief! The skates bleat they have the bestestest fans in the wuurld, but they are lower end L1 at best. PMSL, that night at Ipswich? The pack the park super special with the 12k home fans, what a night that was... remember that night at Ipswich?... nope, I wasnt there - PUP! The skates really are small time, bless. Did they give chainrai a similar rendition of Faraj's "you can stick your f*cking arabs up your a*se"? They lie on their backs and spread their legs for these con artists to come in a launder away... then get all stroppy when it all goes wrong afterwards. Sorry skates, you made your bed
  10. What a magical day, everythings just too good to be true! COYTAXMAN I wish I had more time to contribute today, as this is just such a fantastic day on this magnificent thread... Hi Davie Lampitt, hows it goin mate, looking forward to the heavily subsidised packing of the park later? Former FA Head of Integrity - PMSL A few rounds of shalalalalala... who the f*ck is laughing now at Upton Park tonight perhaps? you reap what you sow, you reap what you sow.... you cheating skate bast*rds, you reap what you sow A toast, to Chinny, Lampitt, AA and all the gang!
  11. Or the other angle of course, have the parachute payment advancements been dished out to fund another administration? £1m for admin process, players wages deffered as the get preferentials/secured status... drag out admin until the end of the season so that the fixture list is not undermined by poopeys super bad luck... blow off CSI debt as it is unsecured (?), blow off the tax payer/HMRC... Chinny drags them out of admin again and marks the next PP tranche date in his loan sharking book, oldCo CVA gets pushed back another year, local business' and charities struggle whilst Dave Kitson buys a new range rover. -10 for pompey admin, -2 for doing it twice in two years... very kind of sky sports and the UK taxpayer to fund pompey going bust again... FFS!
  12. That would suggest to me that they are trying to see out the season, CVA payments will be delayed again and without the parachutes they will be unable to service it at all. Good result for the taxman, they get their millions in cash and will get the remainder for the rest of the season. Good result for the non-playing skate staff too, the ones with bills and mortgages to honour. Bad result for creditors and charities... its going on TBH/Kitson et al instead! ... unless, as we have found on here that the PP money cant legally be 'ringfenced' for anything, could Chinny bag it before Friday, f*ck off back to Hong Kong with the wedge, and leave pompey to liquidate on Monday?
  13. It is almost becoming our lives work, an outstanding achievement, fighting for our country and Her Majestys Revenue and Customs. Granted, it is a monster and difficult to keep up, but everyone is motivated, hard working and together as one, pulling in the right direction to get the result we need. Once the dust has settled and AFC Skate is settled into Moneyfields and the Wessex league, we can get on with our lives proud of what this thread has done to help the peoples republic of portsea - they are deluded and we have exposed what they are incapable of exposing. Its another magical week ahead where we get to see what the various factions have up their sleeves. Penny is blowing hot air, what can she spin the phew this week? Chinny is landing into the UK to sort himself out, although AA dosent have a clue why hes coming Its all happening on Lampitts watch, will he abandon ship before he loses his house? Will AA stick them in administration on Friday, and how will they fund another HMRC stitch up? Has the Poopey trust managed to raise the required £32m at the sunday boot sale to take on the multimillion liability? Has the blackpool conga made everything ok now? Its going to be great, and I wonder if Chinny will be busting out the big guns and bringing back a few of our old favourites? Come to think of it, old Azougy the skate consultant looks similar to underwater magnate Cala! Massive week for poopey, cant wait. PMSL
  14. FFS, shouldnt she be working flat out to protect the dockyard and all the jobs, industry and heritage at risk? She needs to stop begging for the skates, it is undignified and cheap... not utterly convinced about the vote winning either, pompey has around 250,000 in the peoples republic of portsea and they are mustering about 12,000 odd home supporters, so only about 5% give a sh*te about poopey. She has no credible arguments to make and clings onto this completely intangible "social value" nonsense as justification for the club to evade tax responsibilities. I understand she wants to continue being a skate but she should be looking for a credible, viable solution, not begging and bleating woe is me, please let the tax payer fund bestestest poopey. MoneyPenny, I have a viable solution for you:
  15. It is our job to spread the good word about the DCFSBs, I have educated football fans of clubs up and down the country of what they have been doing. The fact that they have not started paying a single penny of the CVA debt startles most people - there seems to be a perception that they paid it off when 'exiting' administration. We need to get on the forum of Forrest, Cov, Donny, Millwall etc and make them aware of the criminal and immoral goings on, and link them to this magnificent thread. A community buy out would be fine Penny, just stop begging for government and tax payer funding. If the local skates want to fund Ben-Haims £36k a week out of their wages then fine, I have not complaints with that at all, I will simply PMSL... The community could also look at installing a toilet, and getting the fat out of the water pipes - any good at plumbing Penny? All this for the satisfaction of paying off a vicious loan shark and gun runner with tens of millions of your hard earned cash!
  16. Its a Dog world, but we knew he would wriggle out of it. At least we had some good laughs along the way, Rosie, arry screaming 'stop staring at me' to the detective, arry cant read/write/text/spell, arrys like a 2 year old, fans up and down the country cracking jokes via social media... and all of this happened on pompeys watch - another courtroom stain on the DCFSBs. It does seem football is above the law these days, unless your a Darlo, Scarboro etc in the lower leagues. So, on to our next court case - Pompeys latest WUP... currently being lobbied by corrupt MPs and Councillors, with HMRC being undermined at every step despite being shafted by £30m just two years previous... The Dockyard crumbles whilst public servants continue to seek a cost negative solution for a tax payer skate bailout. Is it time we all write to some journos, and try and get some momentum going in HMRCs favour? If people could list some I will send off some beautifully composed and neutral letters this evening - it will be my pleasure, we need to find justice and we need greater exposure beyond the BBC website and the snooze.
  17. Still delusional on how big they are. From the comments Oh FFS, they really need to just f*ck off and die now, this is taking ridiculous to a new extreme. Do they not see that they are no different to any other club in the FA? It would be a national scandal if government/taxpayer funding was used to not only buy a financial black hole of a stadium which is nothing other than a liability, but also the fact that our money would be going to a viscious loan shark operating in a tax haven - it would be utterly disgusting and it simply must not happen. It is absolutely unbelievable that these MPs and Council persons are making such frightening claims, vote winning or not - they must know this is plain wrong. So how many other grounds will the tax payer have to fund if poopey blagged it? Its about time FIFA intervened here and reminded the poopey politico that they are threatening the integrity of the game and political intervention is not acceptable in football. FFS with regards to pompeys glorious away support: (post 9) http://www.footballforums.net/forums/showthread.php/278494-Hull-City-v-Portsmouth Please note, all games pictured above are in play, not before KO, during HT or post match - in game! The myth is just fantasy spun from the deluded few, all they have is TCWTB Any news on 'arrys verdict? PMSL
  18. I wish the jury all the best, COYJURY.
  19. As always, the Simpsons have had a crack at it, RIP Maude
  20. Its all good and well banging on about Compulsory Purchase Orders but even if that were to happen, you would still require £17m to pay back Chinny to release his debenture. He has made it perfectly clear, 'I am secure, I will get my money back'. It would be a scandal for the PCC to pay so much for a decrepid 'arena', £17m of local tax payers monies to pay off a BVI loan shark to buy a stadium worth, well, nothing at all - just scrap metal and some land beneath surrounded by a gun runners land. Re: The Faraj, I think we can all see that is a scam and a disgrace at that. All a smokescreen as part of Gaddy vs Chinny in the £17 Israel dispute IMO. These shysters have the skin of a Rhino to pull off a scam like this on UK shores, and they (especially Gaddy) was all too aware of the loosely regulated and legally vulnerable honey pot that was PL broadcasting payments and parachutes. Again, CPO is great if it is good value to the tax payer. SCC looked at purchasing St.Marys mortgage off Aviva, which would be a decent community asset at the price. Fratton would not provide value for money, it would cost money year on year to maintain and service - sorry but your coucil taxes would be better spent elsewhere dont ya thunk (hospitals, GPs, schools, elderly, needy etc)?
  21. Every aspect of the skates business seems to be a black hole of a liabililty. Chinny can do as he pleases as he is secured, and that crumbling wreck of a stadium becomes a decent bargaining position should the skates liquidate and head to Moneyfields. He can ransom the council just as much as they can bleat on about 'sporting facilities' at Fratton... and as he has been quoted "I'm still in a good position, I still have a debenture over the club as security on the club's full assets, so one way or another I'm going to get my money back... But I don't want to see the club liquidated. Anything I can do to help Portsmouth I will." So, im alright Jack boasts chinny, followed by the admission that the club could be liquidated, its just not his preffered outcome. I didnt want snow this saturday! Shame pack the park didnt work out... if that clock the Russian Mafia pledged to repair was in place it would be tick tocking away... times running out http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/7491389/ So, after AAs talk of buyers in the next 24/48 hours three weeks ago, his latest claim is they have days, not weeks to complete a sale of a debt riddled liability, with no infrastructure, unpaid staff and a court order issued on behalf of Her Majesty. We have a fantastic couple of weeks ahead ladies and gents, how will AA, PFC & BC blag this one then?
  22. PMSL... we need our bonkers pay, turn up and hand over the CASH! They will be right f*cked off when the skates fail to pack the park! I see the convicted thug, who "has quickly won supporters over with a solid debut at Cardiff and a starring role in last week’s victory at Peterborough." will be on the front cover of tomorrows skate programme. Grubby, shameless little club. I would love it, LOVE IT, if the skates failed to break even tomorrow with the pack the park. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/great-matches/mp_asks_prime_minister_for_details_on_help_for_the_club_1_3487335 FFS, these dirty little beggars stoop to a new low every day. This is utterly disgusting, FIFA and the FA do not condone government or political intervention, but the skates like to ignore the laws and rules of the sport. Cameron must understand the minefield he has left himself open to now. Staring down the barrel at not only allowing a repeat tax offender to duck another well publicised multimillion pound bill, he is also risking setting a frightening precedent where clubs can evade tax - condoned by the head of government. I wonder how Rangers feel about all this with their current tax problems? Sickening - utterly sickening
  23. That mysterious £17m figure again, why? The Lithuanian and Latvian public must be f*cking livid seeing their life savings and pensions being blown on this lot - absolutely sickening.
  24. Good point. Is he another chappy who is implicated in the mess? The pompey disease spreading through the back offices of the game. Attendence sweepstake ladies and gentlemen? They are going to be coming out in their droves, Penny, Cameron and all to be the bestestests in the land™, the pompey twelfth man I will go for 13,123 (inc 500 Hull), miles under break even so the game will be a loss maker! In their droves, Voldermorts unpaid army!
  25. Absolutely. I dont get this angle that we would be losing our rivals etc. Liquidate the club, finish it. Start up at Moneyfields as AFC Poopey in Wessex League and they can come and visit us in pre-season. We would get massive crowds against them and help fill their coffers, we would be helping to support their finances and the payment of their part time squad. I wouldnt mind the thought of helping an honest start up pheonix pompey even though they are skates. They could also be a feeder club to us by supplying our academy with any talent that comes their way. The rivalry will be healthy as they would no longer be cheating by financing players they patently cant afford - we will be able to battle it out on the pitch in the right way. 2x Pre-season matches against AFC Pompey, would be a good thing for all. BTW, I think you have a superb avatar, gets me everytime! COYHMRC
