Oh Ho dear Super Bock, lets use some images to provide an illustration of pompeys land ownership: I chuffin love that picture, "the scruffy piece of land that holds the key for portsmouth" it really shows what a state you are in. Pompey, or the local council own nothing. All of that land is controlled by Chanrai and Gadymack, every last square ft of it and they will only sell for a very pretty penny indeed... best get your collection buckets out. You can stop with your deluded dreams of: and start to be more realistic;

Dear Mr Cameron In PMQT today (1/2/12), this happened: "Tory Penny Mordaunt urges the PM to tell HM Revenue and Customs to meet Portsmouth FC to discuss how to keep the club afloat. Mr Cameron promises to do all he can to keep the club afloat" (BBC). As a Rugby man who see clubs heavily punished for insolvency, I am appalled to see my Gov't and my Prime Minister take this stance. I believe Portsmouth FC reneged on circa £30-40m in taxes in their last insolvency event just two years ago, and now they are racking up more millions in tax debt and HMRC quite rightly have issued a winding up petition to protect the taxpayer. In this age of austerity I find it rather sickening to hear my PM explicitly endorsing the evasion of tax, monies due to fund our great country. I do believe sporting bodies frown upon Gov't intervention? So spending cuts in health, service, education et al are fine as long as PFC can evade due taxes and pay footballers millions? Penny Mordaunt should be ashamed.. my name

Milan is a Serbian, I suppose he could have links to the Franco/Israeli/Russian Gadymack mob, who have links to Israeli/Beitar Jerusalem Chanrai, Azougy & Kushniar mob... but its always £17m! Even Al-Faraj joined the £17m club and he didnt even exist! FFS, that is unbelievable... please dont let Pompey corrupt politics as much as they have football - Cameron you are playing a dangerous game now. Penny, quite frankly, you should be ashamed. Absolutely, if not then it is confirmed by our Prime Minister that football is above the law. We should get Cortese on board, he can take them on and bang their heads together. FFS - sickening, absolutely sickening

Struggling to keep up with this thread as it motors along, I must note my displeasure upon reading that potless underwater tycoon mr Krabbs has withdrawn his interest again. Did he ever have his conference call with the Football League? I can picture him being wheeled into court to impress the judge, in a similar way Peter Storrie handed over his £38m squad valuation on the back of a fag packet... Testar must be on the bottle or something. Im scratching my head as to why the footballing authorities are not acting on the skates after they have defaulted on the tax man three months in a row and have now not paid the staff and players. They did it to Plymouth last season IIRC? Plymouth did their best to raise money through firesales et al, Pompey just lie lie and then lie some more. PMSL at Voldermort buying the bog roll for his players so they can take a dump. At least Lampitt dosent have this issue as the major refurbishment of nottarf including the installation of a toilet never got underway - the russians never had the chance to leave their legacy and fat still remains in the pipes. I was washing my hands at SMS last night at HT and I have to say I thought of the skates as I lathered my soapy hands under the hot flowing water... fat in the pipes, i muttered and chuckled. Hundreds of millions £££ flowing through the club and they couldnt get the fat out of the pipes FFS! Really looking forward to the WUP and what angle Lampitt and AA might take to squirm out of it... Redknapp has already shotgunned the 'i cant read or write, im like a two year old' so thats off the list... the "600 employees" wont work either after Cotterils quality over quantity and AA making redundancies last administration. P*ss taking aside, my sincere sympathies to the pompey staff who are not being paid, they are victims in all of this. Maybe the dignified Voldermort could encourage the players to put a fund together?

What an excellent summary, a golden post you could say. When its all over I expect we will have reached the full alphabet in both upper and lower case. The golden share will be the major sticking point. Chinny may think (as CSI alluded to "we are a debt free club") he can blow off the oldCo CVA by playing the loopholes of the law, but he must remember the FL is a members club and the skates do not have a legal right to a Golden Share. Blow off the CVA and kiss the Golden Share goodbye, exit CVA unsatisfactorily and you will be looking at a substantial points deduction. Former FA Head Of Integrity Lampitt is playing Russian roulette, Vlad and Roman must have really rubbed off on the guy... I agree in a way, its very frustrating hearing about Redknapp and Milan winking at the jury, smiling at each other and having a ball - whatever the outcome at least 'arry has been exposed for being the slimy lying crook we all knew he was after his I cant read/write/email/fax/text nonsense - every football fan in the country is cracking jokes about him and Rosie47, even those who have no interest in footy... a guy didnt even know his name the other day but had heard all about the dogs bank account in Monaco! And HMRC have bigger fish to fry, the millions owed by pooey... COYHMRC Ive said it before and il say it again;

Post of my life! Well said CS. Had a pet skate giving it the 'its not about the money' after I repeatedly called for the flapping skate on the poop deck to be whacked over the head and killed. 'we should be allowed to continue' blah blah... in denial. I guess they forget this was all a lifestyle choice for them and they maxed out the credit cards... they cant handle the hangover. DFCSBs

Both remarkable. Pat yourselves on the back ladies and gentlemen... slowly but surely, we will find our justice. Keep pushing the football league guys with the emails, it is likely we have more info/quotes than they do from this monster thread - I would drop the 'SFC did this' etc in emails and pretend you are a supporter of a different NPC club, or perhaps a bitter creditor or a cheated charity. Im an angry Millwall fan (wage cap) or bitter Bompey fan (points deductions et al) depending on which email I use! http://4.asset.soup.io/asset/2404/8420_38b2.gif - epilepsy alert

http://www.leagueoneminus10.blogspot.com/ Great blog there, fantastic summary of the recent comedy with witty prose! Absolutely brilliant piece of work, right up there with Crab Lungs' masterpieces! Just looking back on Pompeys Historic meeting of local companies and a few blokes who have pompey websites and fanzines, I recalled one of Chinnys old bargaining positions. IIRC, he said he would be willing to sit on his debt and charge rent at around £1m per year - could this be an option for the people of portsea? It would take them longer than the life of a mortgage to pay him off due to the massive interest, but with maintenance costs and overheads they could probably run the crumbling wreck on £3m P.A - season ticket funds will likely generate £4m for them, so they could use the remaining million for supplies, council tax (if the can be bothered - optional down there) website hosting and maybe start that toilet installation project the were so proud of last year. That is if chinny is happy to be associated with them for the next 35 odd years, which would be highly unlikely. Then there is the massive omission from my one paragraph strategy for poopey - wages, who is going to fund them, let alone underwrite them? They will need an additional £10m at least to pay for a squad of mercenary. So either ST holders would have to pay £1000 P.A for a seat, or these local businesses are going to have to blow £850k a month, and that’s for an uncompetitive team! So, unfortunately it looks like the figures don’t add up. They could service the crumbling wreck of a stadium in the non leagues should they liquidate, but the would need 10000 season ticket holders, which is highly unlikely considering the likes of Oxford Utd, FC United, Luton and AFC Wimbledon got no-where near those numbers... im getting confused now, the more you think of a solution for the DCFSBs the more you realise there aint one - hence all the spin and lies being peddled by the likes of AA and that bent politician there is only one solution for me, and he lives in a pineapple under the sea: That said, the skate council have given the skate trust their 'backing' whatever that means... they can shaft the people of portsea and blow all their council tax monies on TBH and Lawerence but they better not even entertain the idea of this ridiculous 'central government funding', who do they think they are, RBS?! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16755445.stm [video=youtube;1lcZCG_Di-M] Poor old Voldermort, another victim of the brainwashed bestestest fans in the whole wurld tm - Sorry chap, its just a myth, all you have to rely on is TCWTB COYCALA COYHMRC

http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/news/campaigns/passion-for-portsmouth/news/meeting_to_discuss_options_for_pompey_s_future_is_underway_1_3459030 So, on todays agenda: 1)Who is will to pay the loan shark £20million to buy a decrepid, crumbling wreck of a stadium which is a huge H&S liability? 2)Who wants to pay a gun runner £Xmillion (he could demand anything he wants) for a car park? 3)Who wants to pay TBH £38k PW? 4)Who wants to pay £1.6m upfront, and £800k a month to pay HMRC for a bunch of mercenry players? ... Dont be shy ladies and gentlemen. (good luck to them though)

HMRC are simply representing the UK public and they are quite right, why should the UK taxpayer subsidise a football club - its as ridiculous as the notion from the skate trust that Central Government should pay off their debts. The spin and lies being peddled by the skate MP, skate trusts, skate '12th man' endorsements etc is all absolutely sickening and corrupt to the core. Why these people want to see loan sharks and childmaimers being paid millions by the UK public is beyond me. The skate tory MP is the worst of the lot, she should have the intelligence to realise that what she is doing and saying is pure evil and sometimes morals and integrity should rise above trying to win votes. The skate fans are just desperate and deluded, they simply dont get it - so it is slightly understandable why they get caught up in the dirty spin tatics. Shut them down HMRC, for the good of the country - they are rotten to the core and it is important that their disease does not spread throughout football and other industry. COYHMRC - you can beat this sh*t In other news, Ipswich are still trying to buy poopey players and now they want the carrot top: http://www.ipswich.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=270476 and Voldermort is doing his best to peddle the 'down to our bare bones' myth that is the second highest net spenders and most expensive XI Quality over Quantity strategy: http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/great-matches/appy_players_have_to_fill_squad_gaps_1_3454272 DCFSBs

Shirley your trolling Corporate? Tesco is a PLC Corporate, they would be in big trouble if they started handing over millions to characters such as Chinny and Gaddy- the shareholders would not be happy and it would look terrible on the due dilligence books. Companies like Tescos cant just p*ss about with money in the way PFC do, they have to be accountable. Its a bit of a silly argument as Pompey FC dont own that land at all, none of it. So even if Tescos were going to pay £20m for that little bit of land, it wouldnt go anywhere near the skates coffers, it would go to your crooked former owners. Any cash would not go towards a new stadium, it would go to paying the mountin of debts you have due. Again a silly argument as that is not your land, it is Chinny and Gaddys - PMSL! Whereabouts is your free of charge training ground going to be? Can I have some free land too please? Didnt realise it worked like that! In other news it aint looking good for Bagpuss, every lie/storrie he tells to the judge and jury seems to be proven to be a lie the next hour/day! My favourite is him saying he didnt set up the account in Monaco, then the next day the bank manager says he had to sign on the dotted line to open the account! Greedy fool, old Bagpuss. COYHMRC

Are you f*cking kidding me? They want funding from central government to pay the clubs tax bill? They want funding from central government to pay the clubs debt? FFS - that is delusion of the highest order and genuinely galling. The people of portsea island just dont get it and they need close that nasty little club down... like a skate fish flapping away on the fishermans deck, it needs a big whack on the head and be put to rest. No one, and certainly not the tax payer, is going to fund pompeys shame. No credible business person would hand over dozens of millions to pay crooks like Chinny & Gaddy, let alone continue to fund Limptts & Clotters bonkers quality over quantity experiment. Good old saggy chops, no wonder this transfer window has been so quiet with him busy standing trial PMSL - he does make me laugh, nice that his true nature and character are being shown to the footballing community. Blimey, he really is in denial old Bagpuss

The legends that operate WRC really have played a blinder, the have jump started the end game and put it in first gear and got the wheels in motion. They have provided the fuel to HMRC so that they can do a hit and run on pompey. I would like to take this opportunity to toast WRC and all its partners. I think they do have an idea, however these are cold hard criminals and they will only care about the cold hard cash - they wont care about the kids! It is very sad for the younger fans and they are innocent victims in this saga, but they will be ok. They will still be able to go along to Moneyfields and support AFC Pompey, same colour kit, same stupid PUP song, same CWTB. Alternatively if they desire big league football they will have to turn red and white. When they are older they will understand they were conned by a criminal entity, and will feel a little absued no doubt - but appreciate that it was for the best for them to be shut down.

What a glorious day, HMRC ripping 'arry and Milan for their crimes at pompey, HMRC issuing a winding up order on pompey - all back in the eyes of the global media a toast, I say, to Her Majesty and Her Brave Revenue Collectors One thing I have been bleating every 3-4 dozen pages or so on this wonderful thread, when will the (SOCA) Serious Organised Crime Agency show their hand? Perhaps they are gearing up for either the Gadymack vs Chanrai & Kushnair gig, or the will be delivering a delicious combo of Gadymack vs Chanrai & Kushnair and The Russian Mafia vs The Lithuanian & Latvian Public... Come on lads, were having a ball - get involved Time to pop the champers!

PMSL, what a load of nonsense! When you used to post stuff like this before Steve Grants stunt I often assumed you were a Saints fan trolling Saints fans by pretending to be a typical deluded fool who didnt get it... now I just think you are insane! Chinny will not wipe out 75% of his debt, he didnt last time and he certainly wont this time! That is £19m and rising Corporate. £1.6m to HMRC and counting, plus the on going unsustainable wage bill which could be as high as £16-20m P.A No idea on the small creditors and charities you shafted - £200k is still £200k nonetheless £10.8m CSI loan to be peppercorned to £1?! Do you really think its that simple? You owe WRC £3m dont forget, let alone any outstanding installments to Chinny that may crop up... The CVA isnt fully covered by parachute, you are at least £1m short, your CEO pointed out last night that you are trying to get advance payments at present just to get through the day to day. Dont forget Gadymacks debt too! All of that for no ground, no infrastructure - just a bonkers wage bill and and a Winding Up Petition Sorry Corporate but you certainly are toxic - Moneyfields for you my little pony

Thats not a bad shout actually, however I doubt a pheonix skate FC could service a 12k stadium and they would ultimately risk struggling to keep up with costs and end up in the same situation they are in now. FC United of Manchester ground shared with Bury and had (very impressive) attendences of up to 6k, so I cant imagine the skates achieving such support in the Wessex... FC United are now building their own 5k capacity stadium, so again 12k seems a little optimistic - they are struggling to muster 12k home fans in the NPC after being the second highest net spenders in the division in pre-season, second only to Leicester FC. Maybe a refurbishment of Moneyfields with subsidies from Tescos get the ball rolling, they could even sponsor them should they wish to put their brand on the stained entity that is poopey. I envisage TCWTB leading his mob and replicating that current Mars Bar advert where a little community rebuilds their club house - PMSL at the thought but it would be a decent fresh start for a post Chinny era. Really struggled to keep up with all the latest twists and turns for PFC and Saggy, all of this is absolutely brilliant - Im loving every minute of it. PUP

Hudderfield fans are upset about something to do with the ownership structure they have or perhaps to do with the stadium ownership - not really sure... what I can see however is thousands of illuminous green shirts around the ground raising awareness of their displeasure - similar to the Manc UTD green and gold campaign against the glazers What did the pompey fans do? Welcomed 'Judas' Redknapp back with open arms and sing 'theres only one Peter Storrie' - the only remote vocal protest was one round of 'you can stick your f*ckin arabs up your a*rse' sums them up IMO
-
useless skates - unless their results are expunged and Cardiff lose the points...

Is it my borthday today? A toast to HMRC, time to dust off those winding up orders again... ive said it before and il say it again - Moneyfields Shalala

This will be the only way to shake off the gun-runners, the loan shark and the russian mafia... unfortunately they will also shake off the charities, the creditors and the taxman (again FFS) Admin is an option, but Chinny will never release his security on the ground and Gaddy will never release his security on the land surrounding the ground - these are the parasites that will be around for generations unless they wind the club up and head for moneyfields, multiple administrations wont help the skates as these boys will still be lurking in the background! A look to the future now that the adventure is dead and buried Looking back on this magnificent thread, I remember reading all about Levi Kushnir annd Balram Chainrai sueing Daddy Gadymack in Israel to the tune of £17m, and we speculated that what we were begining to see at pompey was a middle eastern business dispute being played out down at Fratton Park... well guess what - its looking exactly like that after all! Chinny and Kushty won the £17m in the courts, and they are getting it back from the gun runners bit by bit, squeezing it out of the only un-freezable asset, PFC. Funnily enough, it seems the Ice Cream Doctor Sulamin al Fahim in his small-childs skate shirt and hat now seems like the most genuine, caring and well intended owner of the skates over these last phew glorious years - I never expected to think like that! What a rollercoaster this hilarious thread can be, next up; the FL meeting review, 'arry and milan stand trial, pay day and the search for a new 'investor'... PUP!

Good point well made Bacon. Why would somebody with an honest fortune hand it all over to Chainrai and Gadymack and then have to pump in millions after millions to sevice a crumbling liability of a stadium? Why would a good person do that? If you had 10/20/40 million £££s, would you give it all to a bunch of crooks with seriously shady backgrounds just for the pleasure of burning cash at Fratton. Pompeys only solution is a reverse takeover from an underwater casino (that dont exist), that has just merged with some has-been band member - this solution will will lump another £14m of the crusty krabs debt onto the skates Looking back on the Russian mafia, you can see why that may have been pompeys last chance to survive in the NPC without going bust again. As mentioned above, the only kind of people that would hand over a fortune to shady characters with seriously dodgy backgrounds are people who are shady characters with seriously dodgy backgrounds! ie, the only kind of cash that worked was criminal proceedings - stolen money from the lithuanian and latvian public this time round. and have the charities and sub £2.5k creditors seen a penny yet? NO, and that is very telling. So Moneyfields really is the only way pompey fans can have a fresh start and a bright future - tough, but fair. PMSL
-
That would soften the blow I guess, however SFC and the fans have employed Rickie to be our goal machine and to take us to the Premier League... West Ham must be the finest example of sh*t or bust English football has seen since the skates - if they bugger this up or lose the Olympic white elephant they are in serious trouble, with about (£)100 million problems on their plate... Heres to Barry Hearn causing all the trouble, and go away Fat Sam!

Welcome back aboard our bus on this magnificent thread, last Friday was a little unsavoury for all. How are the mouth frothers on POL doing with the ousting and hanging of our favourite Portsmouth News reporter? Considering the problems with Cotteril refusing to play players like Hughes etc as they would roll over new bonkers contracts, and TBH still pocketing his 36-40k PW he may not be wide of the mark! You dont become the 2nd Highest Spenders in the League without incurring big wage costs, outbidding Ipswich on wages for their captain etc... plus the season before you enjoyed the Most Expensive XI in the leagues... so again, it would not surprise me. Still, it wont be a problem with Cala Corp, he will be switching the lights out everynight, is giving you his heart, and promising to decimate your playing squad - maybe you will finally have a sensible owner, even if he is utterly bonkers! ... ...PMSL
