Blimey, a burger van takeover and a curry house consortium in one day... that heroic draw must really have got peoples mouths frothing! The skates seem to think Antonov is not going to be charged anymore, no idea why - but they all want him back again. They have forgotten about all the bleating and crying to the FL after he was bundled to the ground by police and arrested in London. The good man Cala seems to think old sub machine Vladdy is innocent too: You got to love a bit of Cala!

The failed CVA will be a % of a % in the new CVA, which means it will be an unsatisfactory exit and a nice points deduction. Wonderful. Really annoyed they grabbed the equaliser like that, frustrating. But others have said whilst they may celebrate like they have won the world cup, one point was not enough - they needed all three. Cast your minds back to the dark days of Lowe, Portvleet and Wotte. We were 9 points from safety IIRC, and we then went on a 3 game winning streak... Its wasnt enough and we went down. That one point was not enough and as a result of it they are 9 points adrift. They need to average nearly 2 points per game more than all of their rivals to get close to staying up. The only chance they have is the '6 pointers' against their relegation rivals, but lose one of them and its game over. So im over it now, good game in which they cheated, kicked, begged and blagged their way to a point whilst sending their rivals back to the top of the league. Time to draw our blue line and enjoy watching the skates collapse unfold, the burger van buyout, the trust dividing and bankrupting the fans, Storrie threatening to return... All whilst Chainrai and Gadymack continue to landlock the club, all its assets and its future with their onderful secured debt. Its deluded spin like that that make watching them die all the sweeter. What a fantastic picture! Good luck to Millwall tonight, with their sensible wage cap at 6K PW they are a shining example of how a football club should operate, and to have Millwall as a club to emulate illustrates just how shambolic the skates truly are.

Yes and this is the beauty of the good man Chainrais security, the fixed charge over all the assets of the club. He does not have a vote in the CVA as his debt has to be repaid in full. Thats a gentlemenly threat by the loan shark, one way or another... Pompey trust can buy the golden share and club badge for £8m, but like when CSI took over Chinny will still hold the keys to the arena. They can pay him back on a high interest mortgage whilst they continue to pay Gadymack £6k PW for his car park which landlocks the club. Not sure on CSI, I suspect they might be unsecured. £10.8m could give them a pretty good voting %, however I think CVA1 + HMRC will cover more than 25% SHALALA - COYHMRC

Really enjoyed the pompey web chat today, great fun and everything was getting through. The responses are never good enough though!

Ahem Chinny & Gaddy = Secured & Landlocked. Dont forget the good man Gadymack also needs his £3m secured debt back! Its £20m required in cold hard cash to pay off sir Chainrai and lord Gadymack, rulers of PFC land and all its assets... pompey is completely landlocked until these two legends are paid off... I doubt these two will be up for too much negotiation on the figures either, after all one is a viscious money lender and the other part of an arms dealing regime! They are also defering players wages (or a % of it) which they can only delay for so long... and also not paying the electric, website etc... CSI have pledged they are happy to convert their £10/11m loan into equity... probably because the cash was never theirs in the first place (stolen from the Latvian and Lithuanian public) and was only put through pompey with a view to shake the mafia and gangs and build a public profile and tangle themselves into the UK... so the trust could co-own the club with the russian mafia (watch out for assassination attempts though, might want to borrow Vladimirs bullet proof car!). And then you look at infrastructural costs with a view to developing the club/business: Then there is the issue of development... £100m for a new stadium, £20m for a new training ground, academy, accom, offices etc... £15m new squad On a side note I anticipate a fair bit of chaos occuring on saturday with the skates having to arrange their own bubble tickets... we had talk of 150+ that didnt get wound to sorting it out, plus Burrows thinks they are going to screw it up (would you trust 3000 skates to sort out their travel independently?): http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/news/local/police-warn-pompey-fans-ahead-of-south-coast-derby-1-3696840

Indeed, utter nonsense of the highest order... Sickening attitude towards debt too. Allowing a CVA to be put into another CVA, effectively a % of a % of debt... to go unpunished??? That would be a seriously dangerous precedent to set. If they pulled it off they would have successfully taken £130m of debt and reduced it to zero - without paying a single penny (parachutes paid the football creditor direct). If they managed it they would have destroyed the game for the forseeable future. I cant see the trust raising more than a million or two, its too big a task in too little time.

The criminal underworld are in control of pompey these days and the footballing authorities are out of their depth... Joseph Cala style. Dave Richards was caught up in the Sulamin Al-Fahim fiasco, the PL let in Ali Al-Faraj despite him not being real and in reality was just a smokescreen for Chainrai to get security over Fratton to settle the Gadymack business dispute in Israel... that is where the authorities lost control... from there on, and with Pini Zahivi coniving in the background with his contacts the authorities were ejected from the party. FA Head of Integrity David Lampitt went in as pompey CEO and defected almost instantly, by the end of his tenure he was bragging about being the second highest net spenders in the league and gave explicit backing to the russian mafia who were using the club... he even accepted a £11m loan from them... The Antonovs are currently being protected by armed guards at their homes in London and Russia after "friend and business partner" German Gorbuntsov was gunned down in a daylight murder attempt at Canary Wharf. Antonov senior claims he knows which gang is behind the assassination attempt. Vladimir Antonov is also on bail following his European Arrest Warrant by the governments of Latvia and Lithuania for large scale theft to the tune of £3-400 million. Antonov was quoted saying the attempted assassination of his father was also meant to kill him, but he played it safe in Russia by driving about in a bullet proof car. It is believed Gorbuntsov was gunned down outside his London home because he had recently given told the authorities who tried to kill Antonov. RUmafia, which has been bang on the money since day one, claims Antonovs associates influence peoples decision making process by placing revolvers down on the table during meetings... These are the reasons I believe the footballing authorities are scared to act... they are scared for their lives. The game has gone to another level and its dangerous now, the authorities are now facing the prospect of questioning pompey owners/directors who are directly involved in gangland crime and mafia activity in London, Rusia, Latvia, Lithuania and most likely other countries... and thats even before you consider the gun running Gadymack family, fueling bloody civil wars in thrid world countries for generations!

Brilliant! They will have to make up for it buy purchasing a drastically reduced match day ticket and pack the park... http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Prices-Slashed-For-Midweek-Matches-3299.aspx or instead they could chuck a grand into the tal ben haim trust fund: That would be very very funny... either we artificially inflate the numbers or even better we actually buy ourselves a voice! It would be great to veto everything they want to do, whilst supporting all contraversial topics with a view to divide and conquer. I wonder if miss money Penny has put her £1k in yet?
-
Unfortunately AA wriggled a handy get out clause in his CVA stating that all payments can be delayed until 2015. I wonder how Gadymack feels about it all! Some fantastic quotes from the Antonov two regarding the Canary Wharf assassination attempt on German Gorbuntsov, with Vladimir validating all of RUmafia.com's reports of his shady background, mafia and gangster operations in Russia. It looks like he fears for his life not only in Lithuania and Latvia, but also now in London... They fled Russia with all the Russian Railways booty and came to London for protection: The Antonovs know the gang that is behind it all: Like something from a movie: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/russia/9178109/German-Gorbuntsov-told-friends-he-feared-for-his-life.html You sure know how to pick them pompey! All of this major criminal activity surrounding fratton park... if its not gun runners its russian gangsters... former FA Head of Integrity and pfc ceo David Lampitt said they were all above board though, and spent loads of time with them too! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-2121899/German-Gorbuntsov-shooting-cover-worryingly-unaccountable-police-force.html

He is looking very unstable these days poor old Voldermort. I thought he was going to cry after his defeat to Howes trusty men. I very much doubt this was the big break into football club management he was looking for, his profile is raised but his percentages are in the gutter. In other news, the supporters leveraged buy out dream come true is crumbling faster than chinnys arena as the skates realise it is the work of fantasy. The are forming consortiums of 20 to buy one share and it is dawning now that there are not enough of the few to muster up the cash to pay tal ben haim let alone chinny.
-
That was brilliant, as was todays webchat. More Saints fans asking the important questions than skates, they aint happy with Scottys vague replies - in one fell swoop it looks like he has lost all confidence from them, they have no faith in him. Incredible that they have just a couple of weeks to raise this fantasy £5 million, no chance in hell. Most people in the country would scoff at the proposal to suddenly magic up a grand in the space of a fortnight, just to give away... Shalala
-
Done. Its great that Scott from the trust has taken a day off to get mugged off by Saints fans on the snooze website. He dosent seem to have a clear plan or any credible answers... his response to the £50m issue... 'its only worth its market value'... forgetting all the secured debt that landlocks the arena until its paid in full. encouraging an 18 year old to take out a credit card to give the pst £1000! thinking they can simply terminate the expensive contracts! Weve had banker, gosport pfc and one or two others, but this is my favourite illustration of how clueless this bid is: I doubt the good man Chinny and HMRC would agree with that frivilous response

Pompey web chat with the PST in a couple of minutes ladies and gents: http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/pompey-web-chat-with-scott-mclachlan-of-the-pompey-supporters-trust-1-3686703 great opportunity for some friday fun!

No need to worry there Trev, Pompey never got round to the hole corporate gig, they never even managed to fix the bogs! Take a bow Peter Storrie, legend!

exciting, isnt it?

They will need to employ the master of bs and spin for their latest deluded myths... step forward agent Lampitt (if you have made it back from Genoa). Sha La La You blew it pompey, big time. In the words of your esteemed former mafia director - over half a billion pounds went through the club and nothing changed... not even a new toilet. When I read our chairman and his execs talking about developing our infrastructure to become self sustaining for the next 20-30 years whilst I am filled with warmth, I then chuckle as I imagine the skate groundsmen turning up at the rented school pitch to find their container for the lawnmower and cones has been padlocked shut again... in a very similar way that I smile whilst washing my hands with hot water in the nice and tidy facilities of SMS, whilst the skates are busy pumping fat out of the pipes and wiping it down their trousers (no towels)... WTFILN

Have some of that you filthy DFCSBs!

Gutted to miss the webchat, I would have asked about the sickening act of shaking off the CVA MKI, breaking the bank in the summer and next years promo charge. Funny that, you come across just like my persona on POL... no wonder I do alright over there Chinny is fast becoming my favourite player in the pompey game... top man for securing all that debt against every single asset within the club. Fair play to him. A pat on the back for old Gaddy too, seizing control of the car park and providing security for his debt... Fair play to the old gun runner for landlocking the skates and charging £6k a week to pompey for rent. These two are secured, they will be paid 100% of the money they claim the are owed - so remove these two fine gentlemen from those fantasy equations above suggesting pompey will be sold for under ten million. £10m for the rights to the club crest of a heavily damaged brand and the rights to a heavy loss making entity - sounds insane... and then try and say the same but for £20m, or £30m! Right, time for David, local photographer and concerned creditor of pfc CVA MKI to start lobbying the football league.
-
They clearly have no shame, absolutely sickening. It is an absolutely scandalous situation and letting pompey shake it all off in this disgusting manner would set a frightening precedent indeed. eg: Man Utd decide they have had enough of their £1bn debt... blow it off in a CVA and take -9 in 2012/13 season... rinse and repeat two seasons later to put the £1bn CVA into another CVA (a % of a %)... rinse and repeat until all the debt has gone. I will pen a letter to the FL this afternoon asking for clarity. After all Bompey, Leeds et al were hammered for failing to exit their admins without a proper CVA. DCFSBs

We need to teach that daft skate the lyrics to no money in the bank for his lift back down... But in lighter news, Portsmouth FC and the Antonovs are all tied in to the recent assassination attempt on Gorbuntsov. Interestingly the name Mendeleyev pops up again, whose Mirax group was listed as a partner on various Converse websites. The paper is suggesting that Gorbuntsov has named Mendeleyev and Chuvilin as the two involved in the attempted murder of Vladimirs old man. Its all down to the Russian railways hussle too, with reports that £415 million was passed to a bank owned by Gorbuntsov and his 'allies' (Vlad etc?) and then disappeared... Uncanny, RUMafia has know she has been at risk for years, they knew the couple fled russia, they knew the mafia forced them to sign off their assets... I remember one of our posters on here who may or may not have links to the police mentioned rumours that the Russian mafia had arrived in the South East and Hampshire in specific... well there you go, RUMafia, an SWF poster and now the National Press all highlighting the terrorism... and once again it all goes through pompey fc! Incredible... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2120433/German-Gorbuntsov-shooting-Alexander-Antonov-warns-Russian-terrorism-arrived-Britain.html

Perfectly logical solution to threadbare squads throughout the beautiful game - but the skates have a cheating agenda to adhere to. There is a shady reason for everything they do, the air is always a little misty and there is always a dark cloud handing over Fratton. Normally it comes down to them breaking the rules, or bending them to the point they have in all but name broken the rules. Its highly unsporting, against the spirit of the game, undermines the integrity of the competition, and sticks two fingers up at your fellow competitors... But it was OK for FA Head of Integrity and it was OK for Stevie Cotterils quality over quantity strategy. It does surprise me that Voldermort has continued with the Q-O-Q strategy given his previous as youth coaches etc... mind you I do have a pinch of sympathy for Voldy, he does come across as a nervous, quivering wreck these days since he fell into the DCF-Peoples republic of portsea... I can imagine he wants to guide them to league 1 and get the hell out before Vladimir and Dubov come to see him with their henchmen. Still surprised no body is interested in the mafia shooting of Gorbuntsov sp. in Canary wharf. Gunned down in the street by a machine gun - and he has just given evidence towards Antonov seniors attempted assassination in Russia FFS!.. are they business partners or business rivals? Surely Vlad would be mad to order a hit with a european arrest warrant hanging over his head? Mind you, im not down with international crime syndicates.
-
Im surprised how little discussion has taken place on this magnificent thread about this assassination... So once again RUmafia.com is bang on the money... and in this mornings Telegraph (along with BBC reports over the weekend), the Antonov name is directly linked with Gorbuntsov. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/russia/9165827/Black-cab-driver-could-hold-key-to-assassination-of-German-Gorbuntsov.html I find it genuinely baffling that this mafia gang have seemingly strolled into the south east of the UK, set up their operations through cesspits like pompey and seem to get past the authorities... Antonov and his mob are clearly very very dodgy and this Canary wharf murder attempt shows how capable and dangerous they are. The horiffic stories on RUmafia.com are now being played out in our own back yard. But Lampitt, the FAs Former Head of Integrity claimed they were the real deal! Unless he has the revolver treatment too! Staggering, but this is the only type of investor pompey can attract.

Good to hear, exciting future ahead under NC and the Liebherr estate!
