That would be a seriously dangerous precedent to set. If they pulled it off they would have successfully taken £130m of debt and reduced it to zero - without paying a single penny (parachutes paid the football creditor direct). If they managed it they would have destroyed the game for the forseeable future. I cant see the trust raising more than a million or two, its too big a task in too little time.
