Always felt he was to small and lacked physicality in this division. He will look good against Adam Armstrong type players. Kieffer Moore simply overpowered him. We need 6 ft 4 aerially dominant aggressive centre back to get us out this division. Not rolls Royce ball players that can only feature in a 3 .

I have only seen the highlights but I tend to agree .. the first goal he is to close to his near post for the corner and I think he should do better with second.. at least make an attempt to dive to save it. Any goalkeeper would have been criticised for that.. The double save im not convinced is that great either looks a bit palmy and flappy but he is rusty. But let's give him the benefit of the doubt. Let him get match sharp then make the judgement and you need to see 90 mins of him. Not playing in matches for a while can really effect positioning and timings.. the save from the free kick looked decent..

Niemi was a fantastic shot stopper with unreal reflexes but he wasn't great on crosses and was often stuck to his line. I'm pleased with the points but I think still would have got them. I just don't want the points to cloud judgement. I still think the lack of centre forward options is the biggest problem sort that out and the rest may well fall into place. Even with poor goalkeepers and defenders.

I think Stephens central defence is better than Stephens as a sub central midfielder and wasn't a fair reflection on him.. but I know it's terrible he is one of our options at all at centre back!!! Harwood bellis drop off has been astonishing. It should be him and wood. I'm only going with Stephens for his experience and I know he has never really been good enough ever .. lol

You could swop Edwards for either Stephens or THB. Quarshie is one for the future currently. Not the time for inexperienced.
