If we had enough centre backs 3-5-2 might be the answer, Clyne would fit the profile as would the LB's we have been linked with. Would mean we could keep the numbers in midfield but also put someone up top to feed off the Lambert knock downs. Rickie does not look comfortable as a lone striker.

The encouraging thing is that the faults are pretty clear. If we can see the issues then I am sure Adkins, Reed and the 73 sports analysts we have fawning over their laptops will as well.
