  1. I interpreted that as the initial seeding of Earth with the Engineer's genetic material, therefore the trigger point for the creation of humanity. It's not a perfect film but it appealed to the sci-fi fanboy in me that wanted to see some kind of set-up for the Alien films. The Aliens being a bi-product of the biological warfare that the Engineers wanted to unleash against their own creation was quite an intersting take on things. Elizabeth Shaw gaving birth to the mother of all facehuggers.... Yeah, a C-section would be the prefered route. Ubergeek Alert: The Space Jockey found in the first Alien film was on LV-426, LV-223 is the location for Prometheus. Therefore the crashed ship and chest-burst Jockey in the first film is unconnected to this.
  2. I believe this is possible, can't remember how though.... It's some form of formula function. Will have a look later.
  3. Try telling that to that kid from Norwich. Or someone who may have signed a piece of Cortese stamped paper.

  7. So, he didn't know what they are..... you gave them to him and he then wanted more? You have found a child that likes his vegetables! It's a miracle!!!
  8. Have they given Eugen Bopp a call yet? Oh no, he's under contract at York City, they won't be able to afford that. They can at least call on youth prospects such as Marlon Pack and Matt Ritchie from their academ... Oh. But what about those players from Skate families, born and bred to feed through their Academy like Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and James Ward-Prowse who can now step up and be the fut...... Oh. You dirty Skate b@stards, you reap what you sow.
  9. An interesting sight to see the disgraced former Lib Dem MP for Winchester on the BBC. He has written a book on why coalitions don't work. Let's see what the guy can offer.

  14. Yes, there are families like that in every city. A girl I used to go to School quite openly had the attitude of: "When I leave School I just need to get pregnant and get a house from the social." Strangely enough she saw no point in actually working for a living, and no, this wasn't in Coventry, I spent my School years in Winchester.

  17. Yep, mine is falling off and cracking too. Also the material stains really easily, the only washes that would shift them would cause the aap3 logo to fall off!

It will need to be something quite special to keep me as a customer. The Samsung Galaxy S3 and HTC One X are really rather sweet devices.
