Just got back to Cov.
Made the appalling, stupid, rediculous mistake of leaving as injury time began, thinking I could avoid a bit of traffic on the way out and get to the local a little bit quicker to drown out the feeling from another defeat. So, just a I drove past the ground, looked left and saw the entire away end erupt.......
Main feelings from the game. Lloyd James was run ragged all day, couldn't cope with their winger. Mellis should have tucked away that golden chance and we sorely miss the efforts of some fully fit wingers. I barely noticed Hammond all game but at the back we looked relatively decent. Lallana looked very lively and Lambert struggled for service but battled well.
Typically we conceeded a scrappy goal leaving me feel so mugged I left, but we have the makings of a good team there. When was the last time we scored at the death?
