Due to unforseen circumstances I can't go to Swansea away :-( However, I have a hotel room booked and paid for the Friday 19th April (Twin room with all you can eat breakfast paid for x 2) that cost me £44 but will sell for £30 - does anyone want it? If interested please reply to this thread and I can give you the reference bookings/sort out payment,etc.... Cheers guys ;-)

i will be there with 3 mates - really hope we can take 3 points. 26 points in early Feb sounds very promising with just 40 points to reach.

Yeah I agree he needs to be more consistent.

i saw Gaston live Vs Villa @ Home were he was MOM and I thought he was excellent Vs Arsenal on New Years Day and he's scored a few goals too, (Everton away,etc..). He's a class player but can't do it every game. Players like Carroll, Torres, Henderson and Downing are overpriced- unless you'd prefer them. Chill out, have you breakfast norm and enjoy him while he's here.

Itchen Dan, I usually respect your transfer insider knowledge and contributions BUT how on earth can you justify playing Fox and Davis - they have been underperforming for weeks. Shaw and Cork for me ;-)
-
Agree with this 100% Have to say Ramirez looks the real deal ;-)

I have been following this thread for 10 days or so and my main hobby (the saints) has been on hold - thankfully there will be closure in 30 hours or so either way! I really hope we sign him as he'll have a massively positive effect BUT if we don't - all things happen for a reason and we move on, simple.

Summer 2012 HCDAJFU Thread - Premier League Special EditionAndyD replied to Jimmy_D's topic in The Saints Painfully slow week transfer wise - hopefully some decent indications of a new CB coming in in the Wolves pre-match press conference

I did think it should read 13/1 but it's on the same page as the latest Clyne story and it reads 12/13 - unless I've lost the plot :-( Not a bad price though. I'm going to do it as I think 11th or 12th is within our reach. Apart from United, City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham, Newcastle, Everton - i Think we can beat/take points off the rest off them!

Just seen this on Sky Bet - now, I'm not a huge gambling man - BUT, £10 on to make £130 could be very fruitful indeed?
-
Does anybody know if Saints are planning to have a pre-season fans forum like we have in the past? Thanks

i am in auto pilot this week. Had to take Friday off work as I'm better at home - work is irritating me more than normal. Saying that, cava is now extra extra chilled (just felt it) God - I hope I am sipping that come Saturday ;-)
-
Yes I know it's still in our own hands but God I feel pretty dejected today, really hope I feel different in 7 days time :-)

I agree 100% - the plastic fans jibe was unfair. I guess, it's some fans who are devoid of real responsibility. I've only been to 8 games this year, maybe I'm plastic? However, could be a great day fr ALL saints fans 2moro, wherever they are around the world whether it be at the riverside or listening via the www in bloody Sri Lanka?!? Together as 1 ;-)

Unfortunately I can't be there tonight but have been to a 9 or 10 games this season including Pompey twice so I'll be feeling the tension too.On my return from work, I'll be putting my 3 year old girl to bed (hopefully by 7.30pm) as the Mrs is away at Zumba and then I'll be straight to the garage (drinking den) armed with 4 beers, 10 malborough lights and my digital radio. That's my evening planned, just thought it'd be interesting to hear from the fellow radio/saints player listeners? I'm going for 1-3 saints and a West Ham 2-0 win.

I would buy this in t shirt form - anyone else???
-
Just saying - a rendition around SMS early on would wind the skates up!
-
Fellas - Does anyone know if they sell the Lambert red T.shirts with a number 7 on the back in the Club shop? Much appreciated.
-
Well - if Reading don't beat Leicester on Saturday and we beat Barnsley on Saturday - I will sleep easier than tonight. Be positive - 2nd is still in our hands and we have t play READING at HOME next month. Said it before, chill.
-
As above peeps!!! Would have preffered a Saturday 3pm mind :-(
-
Good point - we are 'well on' for finishing in the top 2 - lots of chances created tonight away from home - bring on Derby!
-
Actually wore my Lambert home shirt 2day and we win 2-0. Feel great tonight - thanks Saints - we knew it was in there. Another 11 wins and we're up ;-0

Sat listening and genuinely not fussed about the FA Cup - we now have to beat Burnley, Derby and Watford this month. Sharp will start now. He could prove to be the difference.
-
Very pleased with Billy Sharp - welcome to Saints!!!
