Agree, I really wish I'd been to the Dell sadly when I moved to Bournemouth I went to see them a few times before I decided to venture over to see Saints. It was the first season at St Mary's by that time.

Are you posting a scan of the ticket or of your wife?

Good work, you can now relax on the 'have I got tickets question' you now just have to deal with the 'why's everyone else saying theirs have arrived and mine haven't' worry, as well as the 'My postman looks shifty and is a skate, what if he takes them out of spite' concern!

You should be able to go into your order history via the normal OS (not sure about mobile version) you can see there if they have the tickets listed. Won't tell you a despatch date (i don't think) but at least you'll know they are on their way

Does stuff still get delivered the next day in your world...I like that old fashion concept, I wish the postal sytem was still like that!

This made me laugh Some of the stuff on football forums is so funny! This sounds like the sort of thread that had it been on this forum, it would have been started by Deppo as a joke, but the serious squad would have jumped on it and turned it into a serious matter!

It would be much too simple for Saints to get this all in the bag though wouldn't it! I can still see this going down to the last game of the season for us & second spot!

In a word no. Well it's easy to sign up, but the chances of actually getting a place are very slim! You have to enter a ballot (link isn't up yet, but it will be at this site) http://www.virginlondonmarathon.com/ 2012 ballot opens on Tuesday 26th April and will close once 125,000 applications have been received (usually takes about 24 hours). Then you have to wait until the beginning of October when you'll receive a pack in the post that either says 'Congratulations you've got a place' or 'Commiserations you are a loser'. Initially you'd think that 125,000 applications for about 50,000 places gives you good odds, but of the places, thousands are set aside for charity places, thousands for the professionals and for the ‘good for age’ runners, so the odds of getting a place are pretty slim. I've applied 5 times and never got in via the ballot. Your best bet is to run for a charity, but then you have the added hassle of the fund raising.

I would be more than happy to see him back here. Maybe the reason he's not done so well recently is because his heart just isn't in it and he really does want to be back at saints! - and who can blame him It's all well and good saying stuff like he's past it, but other prem teams seem to value him and whilst Saints are on the up we need to be careful we don't get too big for our boots! We are currently league 1, hopefully soon to be championship. He is currently a premiership player.

Why not just chant it anyway! Us playing in mainly white this season hasn't stopped people shouting come on you reds, so you may as well go for it!!!
