RIP KK. You're the sole reason I, as a 5 year old lad from Bournemouth, started supporting Saints.
-
Getting your sports mixed up 😂

Trump's relationship with FIFA is the equivalent of Gibson's relationship with the EFL.
-
Now what's going to happen with the red card? Surely it has to be suspended for a year the same as the USA one?
-
I didn't think Haaland was educated in the UK? I thought he moved back to Norway before school age with his parents when his father retired from football?

How about Maradona? Even smaller than Messi. Out-jumping a goalkeeper at least half a foot taller than him.
-
Christ almighty I'm glad I don't sit next to you at games.

WTF! I'd love to see the ball drop on one of those tables from a great height 😂

The fee for the tickets isn't pure profit. The matches went ahead. So if tickets are refunded, Saints will lose out on all the outgoing costs for the 2 mathces.

I'm a supporter of Southampton FC. I don't want my money back.
-
How about Bristol City and Norwich? They were also rumoured to have been spied on by Saints.

Are Boro the biggest bottle jobs in the history of the sport? I'm certainly looking forward to playong them next season.

This is the 2025/2026 season which makes it the 40th edition.
-
If we had lost to Boro over the 2 legs, we would of been hit for a lot harsher punishment than -4.

I think expousion from the play-offs is the correct decision - Admitting to cheating in 3 games, no doubt there were other games where this also happened. But there's no way Boro deserve to be anywhere near the playoff final. I think Boro's outrage has worked well for them there. Eckert needs to go. Not knowing the rules is a piss-poor excuse.
-
I'm wondering if the "utmost good faith" charge will be dropped as the "observing" charge covers that?
-
I would imagine that the Boro analysts would have recognised him.

How well was this 72 hour rule known? Southampton were a PL club when the rule was brought in, did they even know about it? How strictly have clubs followed the rule? I can't believe that over 7 years, no other team hasn't strayed into the 72 hours. Does it sometimes happen and the person viewing is just asked to leave? No big deal made of it.

I'm not sure what the date of this article is but in the interview, Will Salt has completed his placement with Southampton and currently has a paid role with Aston Villa. https://www.derby.ac.uk/undergraduate/sport-exercise-science-courses/wills-placement-year-is-key-to-success/ So is Will Salt currently on Southampton's books?
