Well I'm hopeful that we'll see something a bit more exciting from that line-up. RM with a desperate throw of the dice?

Says nothing about the nation or its people. Just asking for some deity to save some rich person. I never sing it either. Always used to leave cinemas along with everyone else when it struck up back in the day.

Backwards or sideways?

A bit daft to walk straight into their trap and present them with a couple of tap-ins then wasn't it? Mind you, if Armstrong hadn't caught the Adams disease of missing open goals then maybe it could have turned out different although I wouldn't be confident about that.

Edozie possibly off to Anderlecht on a loan with option to buy.
-
If that Leeds shot against the bar towards the end of the game had been 2mm lower I reckon we'd be watching a mid-table Championship side at St Mary's this season. But then again if Edozie could find the target we'd have had a two goal cushion. 😐

There's still no extra points for artistic impression in football.

Work permit problem for Sulemana apparently.

I was hoping that Saints might at least have managed to squeeze a point from those first 3 games but it looks like Russball has been well and truly sussed by everyone else in the league. Just can't see where a win is going to come from if Saints continue with this slow suicidal walking football.

Saints score!! Good move. Pity it wasn't 3-0 at the time.
-
Giving the ball away after a few backward passes right until the end.
-
Not even close.
-
Dibling seems to be ignoring RM's instructions by looking to get forward and trying to score.
-
Every time Brentford attack they do so with pace and look dangerous almost every time. Saints slow and predictable.
-
Odds shortening on RM getting the sack.
-
Long throw lumped into the box. 3-0.
-
Another suicidal piece of defending. This cannot go on.
-
Brentford so much quicker around the final third. Saints attack at walking pace.
-
THB has looked awful this season. Looks like any talent has been coached out of him.
-
Saints give it away in their own half again. Bretford header. Saved.
-
Brentford cut through Saints yet again.
-
Saints have had 62% possession, mostly in walking around slowly in their own half. RM will be delighted no doubt.
-
Opponents will be looking forward to RM's Saints gifting them 3 points. This slow walking backwards football deep in our own half is being easily countered and not helped by occasional easy chances up front being squandered.
