Adams misses sitter. Again.
-
Still missing chances to put this game to bed.
-
Still unable to get that second goal.
-
Now Stu giving the ball away.
-
QPR leave an attacker up field. They get a corner.
-
The triple substitution can't really make us any worse I suppose.
-
Slightly lucky to be ahead. Just step it up from here Saints and go for a second.
-
Saints saving their energy for the 2nd half. Apart from Bree who's getting the run around.
-
Tall Paul would have buried that cross.
-
Have been away and missed this news about Stewart. Has anyone suggested getting Tall Paul back?

I guess 42 points should make us safe then. 😁 -

Blackburn looking more adventurous with 10 men. -

Not a fan of 3 subs at once but at least we have a two goal lead for a change. -

Looks very compressed to me. Saints preferring to play through the lines so far. -

Well I think we know that one goal isn't likely to be enough. Blackburn playing with such a high line that Saints should be looking to play over the top for runners. Too often the ball is missed for a safe sideways pass and the run is missed. -

Another chance to make up a little ground on Ipswich. Hopefully we don't throw the chance again. -
That's just another way of saying that things could be improved on.

More points dropped. Not really working is it? Approaching the half way point of the season and I'm still wondering when we're going to see RM's style of play start to pay dividends - if ever. Yes there's plenty of possession but not much in the way of end product. Hardly any clean sheets either. I think we can forget about automatic promotion. Even with this unbeaten run we've not made up any ground on the leading two. If we fail in the play-offs then I'd expect Saints to be in this league for many years. Just hope the football gets a bit more appealing.

When I look at the Saints squad I just think we should be doing better than this. And then I remember the lack of a prolific striker, something that I should be used to by now. Saints should make the play-offs but I wouldn't bank on them having enough to win through that sort of tension at the moment. Who knows though, by that time things might be starting to click at long last. I think we can now forget about automatic promotion.
-
I'm not blaming Baz for that. My blame goes to the mentality of thinking that a one goal lead is enough. That is on the manager.
-
If you want promotion from this league you do not throw games away with stupid mistakes right at the end. We might make the play-offs but expect similar disappointment there too.
-
Another 2 points thrown away.
-
You're joking. What a mess.
-
Please don't tell me we've used all the subs.

Fraser looks poorly. Nasty.
