  2. Never. Let him wallow at Wigan.
  3. excellent signing
  4. Not tall but imposing presence I thought.
  5. Today he made big leap forward in his rehab I thought - looked real class and could have scored at least one with more luck. Was pleasantly surprised.
  6. They sold 20k+ seasons in League 1. It's the only show in town and they bus in loads of old dears from Dereham and Rocklands All Saints and places like that.
  7. Mane - decided to knuckle down for the season at Saints after being told no sale. Good fella. Wanyama: toys out of pram after being told no sale.

  18. Delighted at Liverpool losing, Brenda's days are numbered. Typical Mourinho blaming ref for his latest failure
  19. ^ scary, but possible.
  20. Raped and pillaged by the top 4, academy having a barren harvest, yep how quickly things can turn sour.
  21. As I said a week or so back, I don't see him here for another season after this ends, simply because he won't be satisfied with rebuilding every single summer from a team thats been reamed and eviscerated by the big boys. And with cheaper imports. He bought into a project that was sold to him as developing a young hungry, exciting team of academicians, bolstered with judicious acquisitions to push the top 6 and give them a hard time each year in the league. Instead he's got to make do and mend with journeymen. No one of his stature would tolerate that year in year out. He will choose to depart.
