I also find the contrived atmospheres that some clubs and fans here in the UK and on the continent try to generate almost embarrassing and cringeworthy. What a mess. I don't get to many games these days due to geography but the last game that I went to that had a decent atmosphere and noise was that home loss to Pompey in the cup.
