  1. Alexander Ostlund.
  2. Best didn't play until the end of that season. And Blackstock was 19 at the time - AND Burley was proven right playing Rasiak and Jones up front as first choice strikers, don't you think? If Blackstock wasn't prepared to fight for his place against two better strikers then that's his choice.
  3. Disagree. Pardew has said himself that he learnt a lot from his time at Charlton and now realises the mistakes he made. If he had come to us in the CCC instead of them, he would have made those mistakes with us IMO.
  4. Once again, Blackstock wanted to leave - Burley wanted to keep him.
  5. Indeed, can't we just have it on the main banner somewhere?
  6. To the home leg?
  7. Is this for the PC version?
  8. It's not even on Sky though, that's the thing. They have moved it "in case it gets picked for TV". So basically, whoever made this decision made it with Sky in mind rather than the fans. On that note, who WOULD have made this decision?
  9. Because Perry is better.
  10. No thanks, Ward and Jaidi in defence without doubt. Ward and Perry are quite similar (although one is much taller than the other).
  11. Is that the new friday?
  12. Indeed, I added an extra 0 onto the 20,000.
  13. Very possible. I don't think for a second that we saw the best of Pericard when he was here before.
  14. We DOUBLED Lamberts wages. Just to be pedantic And I agree, but the figure I got just then was lower than the actual figure would be - if we assume on average everyone spends £5 at St Marys on a match day, that's another million quid.
  15. I think he will do a very good job for us actually. He wasn't good for us under Pearson, but then he never had much of a chance to prove himself - always given 15 minute cameos etc. I wouldn't have tried to sign him personally, but the more I think about it the more I can see him doing a job for us.
  16. Sorry, but I don't believe for a second that our wages have cost us £5.8 million so far this season. We're STILL living within our means - which is incredible, really.
  17. £400,000 every home game based on the tickets being an average of £20 each and the attendance being 20,000. Now if you disagree then you're entitled to that, but I really don't think our wage bill is THAT high. So far then, over all our home games we have made £5,800,000 (including the extra 10,000 for Exeter, and NOT including any of the cup games).
  18. Take into account prize money from the cups as well.
  19. With no debts Delldays this fee could probably be paid from matchday revenue alone.
  20. Liebherr has been informed by FIFA that there's no point in bidding, as they will not give the world cup to England under any circumstances.
  21. Unveiled on the pitch on saturday.
  22. £300k for Elliott Ward, £250k for Lee Barnard. Do try to keep up
  23. I think the valuation is what he's worth to us. With him, Jaidi and Ward as our three main CBs, and Perry and Thomas as backup, our squad would look immense.
  24. Well if you don't want all the other clubs just go to each one and click "restore to default" or whatever it is.
