The starting line-up has to do with form. Neither Rasiak or Saga want to be here, they have played sh*t so far this season (bar saturday) and Paterson has looked dangerous in every game so far (again, bar saturday).

I don't doubt it. But to insinuate that there are players in the world who can perform at Prem level but not at League One level is ridiculous. Vidic, Terry, Essien, Rooney etc will all still kick the sh*t out of you, they will just take the ball first.
