I'm willing to predict now he will get more goals AND assists than KWP did in the championship. So they upgraded him last season and moved up to a top half Prem team - that still shows he's good enough for a side staying up in the Prem at least, which is what we are aiming to be. Get up, stay up, stay stable. Those three steps would be reasonable to aim for in roughly 4 years I'd say.
