I keep everything crossed - one day - There's a total nut job down in Abu Dhabi "Abu Dhabi Bob" met him at the first Dubai World Championship. I thought he was a stalker dressed in Poulter gear but turned out he was his "best mate". Anyway we've become good pals & he actually said he's been invited over next year to stay IF the man himself qualifies again. (Poults has baby issues this year) so I've been schmoosing like a loon all year so far ever since Bob said "What would you like for a Wedding present next year?" (It's OK FMDP loves golf as well) We'll see. He's a good lad & does deliver. Lois has such a great swing, & like Schwartzel is one hell of a nice & genuine guy - it will be down to his nerves and his putting the last few holes that has been his weal link a few times - will be a story if he does win it - he shared a pad with Schwatzel last year in Florida when they both started out on the tour there and were looking where to set up their permanent US bases

Morgan has just had stitches in his leg. Sorry guys but that means Guly at RM, Chappers will be playing CM against Palace or Reading as NA will need to rotate the 3 fit CM's we have. Cork was out on his feet in the last few minutes. Puncheon should make the bench, as he can also play in the Diamond as the only other option we will have will be JWP & cannot see that happening in the next two matches. It will be CM that determines who starts on the right next two games, and FFS if it IS Guly then we NEED him to perform tomorrow night so lay off him.

Only thing I'd add is that if Morgan has had stitches for stud marks in his leg then they should have been down to 10 men from early in the game (perm any one from about 3). But Morgan was so up that he could also have got himself sent off. I'd bet Eric's annual supply of OSH that ANY nPc players in training were to try and hit 100 footballs in the same way from the same positions they'd only get one or two on target let alone screaming into the net. Blue Line. Emotions back in check. HUGE job for the 5,000+ fans to do tomorrow - get on with it

Guly looks like a player who has run out of steam. BUT the point is SDR, Chaplow and Puncheon have all had games since Leeds away and have all been as bad or even worse. Falque was risible against Leicester and anyway is supposed to be a LM, but then AL runs that side of the pitch for us with Fox. About the only option we actually seem to have at the moment would be Harding/Fox in LM and AL on the right, especially as we are likely to need Chaplow in CM against Palace or Reading - Cork looked out on his feet in the last 5 minutes today. Sorry GHL members but you're pretty much stuck with him at the moment unless SDR finally gets his sh1t together I'd take Guly over that anyday of the week

meh Bring on Palace. They will hit a thousand shots in training like the two they made today and none of them will go in. Watched Lallana's 1 in a thousand shot - it was going in, bounc3ed and turned as much as a Graham Swann delivery. It happens. Losing Morgan was the blow.
